Title: ARPD Officer Report: Alexander_Rijav & Athlete_Lectone

ARPD Officer Rule violators:

1. Officer Name - Alexander_Rijav & Athlete_Lectone
Violation description: I was with complying suspect near Los Santos City Hall, the suspect claims he killed as accident some other player (Killbug), then some 3 officers came. Non-SAPD. They began to aim sprays on the suspect but I told them to down their sprays and it all under control. I told to the suspect to follow me to the PD and then ARPD Officer Athlete began shooting on the suspect from no reason. I told him to stop but it came worse. First they injured the suspect and injured me (Almost all my armor downed by them) The suspect was harmless, he started to run in circles to evade their shooting until I will explain them the situation. And it came more worse, how it can be? It can. ARPD Officer Alexander_Rijav wanted the money which you earn from killing suspects so he started shooting either. The suspect seen its hopeless so he did scripted surrender (After RP surrender).
2. Officer's Department - ARPD.

Yes, I was a witness of this nonsence. First of all, when you're investigating a suspect, you should take him to the investigation room of L.S.P.D. Its his decision if he wants to RP a give up or do the scripted one. For his safety, he should of gave up with the scripted one. Now, I witnessed these officer shooting him, however when I looked at officer Nim's armour, I saw it was like it should be ($500). The officers did shoot at the suspect, afterwards he did /gu, yes. The officers you're reporting are newcomers. Well, atleast Athlete_Lectone is, he aswell carjacked me and was warned by an administrator. I think they atleast need a warn, and for officer Nim, you should firstly check if they're newcomers, and tell them not to do that. Not this way. Atleast talk with a high rank ingame before reporting.

Since the report I played today more and I found out one more thing about officer Athlete_Lectone
I seen him drug dealing on duty with criminal. Corruption.

Post by: Dolfa on June 28, 2012, 14:54:52 pm: Well I'd have warned him at the first place, seeing he deals drugs on duty though, which obviously is known that's not allowed - will be dealt with when I catch him in game.

As for Alexander, I'll give him a heads up and explain him the rules, and if he continues misusing his police rights, will be dealt with aswell.

CASE CLOSED

After reviewing the case one more time I have came to the conclusion that both Alexander and Athlete commited wrongdoings on duty, thus they are guilty for the actions they were reported for, plus the drug dealing and corruption (Athlete only). However I chose not to punish Alex due to him being a new player. I personally explained him that he should not break any rules or regulations on duty and he seemed to agree. As for Athlete he's been copbanned for 3 days.
