Title: ARPD Report - [i]Mandam
Post by: Zlatan on June 27, 2012, 22:22:40 pm
Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

Story:
Firstly, I accidently rammed a cop ([ i ]Mandam), and he pulled me over. Then I got out, said sorry, he said he wanted $250 for his 'beautiful car', I told him i didn't have anything in my wallet, and I did /hurt 3, I RPed that I fell, unconcious and he just continued punching me with his nitestick so I can stand up. I told him that I'm trying to RP, and he told me he is aswell. Then he told me I'm wasting his time and that he wants his $250, I told him why doesn't he leave then and he said that he wanted his $250. Yes, I tried to evade but that was my last chance of escaping. But thats not the point, the point is punching me to stop the RP, and get his money.

I, Officer Vic Payne, confirm that Zlatan is telling the truth about the hitting/RP part.
I Witnessed that the accused officer was hitting Zlatan with the nightstick with no reason to do so.
I also have to add that the accused officer was disrespectfull against other officers while they just asked to move to the pavement.

The picture actually shows that you have the money to pay. If you lied to him why he should follow your roleplay? Sure you might want to make traffic stops more realistic and intergrated with more roleplay however not every Officer is keen on roleplays.

And what I also see is that you tried blackmailing him by falling unconcious, to avoid the ticket being paid after you were already standing up and talking to him normally, without any health problems. So judging by that he might have thought you were faking it and that's why he insisted on asking you to pay the ticket.

I believe he did nothing wrong there.

At first I tried to RP, he was forcing me to pay. I told him I didn't have money in my wallet, he threatened me with jail. I then fell into unconciousness because I didn't have any money, and he kept hitting me. Imagine if you wanted to RP and someone continously kept ruining it.

I know how you feel, I've been treated like that when trying to Roleplay but I didn't stop hoping.

As long as he did not break any server rules or police regulations we can't take action against it. Perhaps for excessive force but that can be almost impossible to investigate.

My suggestion is try to roleplay with people you know, but don't give up on trying to roleplay with new players please.

Good to hear, you're welcome. I will make sure I inform Mandam that any of his actions may have results in the future if he continues with that attitude.
