Short description of the violation.
Me and my friend Zlatan (Starky on forums) Were driving in my truck, this officer pulls us over, we were speeding, yes, and we RP with him, than the officer says "Right, thanks for your Cooperation, than he suspects us for VERY rude and VERY inappropriate reasons, than an admin un suspects us, than he suspects Zlatan AGAIN, for a very inappropriate reason.

Story: Haha, not once this guy has stopped me for nothing and forced me to pay a ticket that I did not deserve in any way. Nothing much to say, abuser. Suspected me twice after admin warning, first time for "shit", second for "sexual assault on a police officer". A few admins, about three, were spectating at the time and unsuspected me eventually. He /q-ed. Reasons of reporting him: Heavy abuse, even infront of admins; Shooting standing suspects; Breaking the regulations of ARPD.
