Title: [ARPD Report] - Dominic_Rufus

ARPD Officer Rule violators:

1. Officer Name - Dominic_Rufus
2. Officer's Department - ARPD.

Story: I was participating in an event, chasing a person called Meky, and then I get suspected by a couple of officers. They suspected for 'evade', I told them its an event and they've let me go. I requested unsuspect but nobody replied. Now, this guy shot my car, I told him it was an event. He was still shooting me, then dominic rufus comes and tells me that no event can get unsuspect and then kills me while i was standing.

Post by: Dolfa on July 03, 2012, 00:11:44 am: After a small review of this case, I'd advise you to inform Rufus that you have made a report against him and get him to post his statement, also an official statement by your witness Paulo Adrande would be appreciated.

And for future notice, please do not taunt if you're going to report someone. Informing them is one thing, but that can get you in trouble for provoking and annoying other players which is against server rules.

Hello Dolfa!

Thanks for the reply, the only thing I did say, is to report him. And I don't even know if the witness has a forum account, he is registered 2009, never saw him in game tho.

SAN ANDREAS POLICE DEPARTMENT
CASE CLOSED

San Andreas Police Department have came to a conclusion regarding the report ARPD report - "Domenic Rufus"

There is sufficient evidence which prove that Domenic Rufus has misused his fire-arm and broke the ARPD regulations whilst on duty. However due to his status of being a new player, he shall be treated lightly than a Regular would be. I will personally inform him about his wrongdoings when I see him in-game.

Actions Taken:

Domenic Rufus will receive a verbal warning.
