Title: JackB - Randomly suspecting and killing stillstanding suspect

SAPD Officer Policy violators: JackB

1. JackB - I was standing still on a corner at GS9 looking at Frank Hawk talking with another person.
JackB walks up to me saying 'sir' '/me looks at Jack', next he suspects me for 'indecent exposure'.
Starts instantly spraying me and asking to surrender, I report him and press ESC to evade getting killed by this lunatic.
I get back in game after several seconds and still see him spraying, i ESC again for several sec and he pulls out a gun and shoots at me.
Luckily for me Matrixbob was spectating and saw it all happen.

2. Officer's Department - Which department he/she works for (LSPD, SFPD, DPD) Freecop/Cadet, I don't know what department.

When he arived he started shooting at my truck, I drive off, accidently hitting him and he starts shooting again and blows up my truck and kills me.

Nonetheless, I would like next time that Lieutenant Bradford let the poeple write their statements before locking the topic. If Paul hadn't unlocked it, I couldn't post my statement. This is not acceptable. Each part needs to be defended egaly and fairly.

What Daniel did was fair and square. If you want to post your statement you do it, otherwise you don't make useless posts which can get you in trouble. You still have not post your statement about the first case aswell as the provoking incident, and you better do it or I will judge according to the evidence and the witness that there are.

I can say from an admin Stand point that yes the man was shot down while standing still, whats worse is that he had no weapons of any kind. that is a breach in not just SAPD policy but ARPD's policy.

You probably don't have quite the deductive skills, not like you would need them in this case as you were a witness of your own actions.
Anyways, I'll explain a small section.

As can be shown in the screenshot 1, you were spraying me at the time I took a screenshot:

As can be seen from chatlog, I died at

A timeframe of 14 seconds, judging from your statement you decline having shot and killed me.

As can be seen on screenshot 1, there are several cops in the area, the cops in the black buffalo are driving off, from my screenshot I can distinguish the names:
[Rstar]Drix
Steve_McGarret.

Though there is a possibility of them having shot and killed me, it is highly doubtable as they [Rstar]Drix is a Senior Police Officer and would have follow correct police procedure.
For any of the other officers in the area it would'f been impossible to get in range to shoot and kill me within this small timeframe.

I am not lacking evidence, I got a trusted eyewitness.

SAN ANDREAS POLICE DEPARTMENT
CASE CLOSED

San Andreas Police Department have came to a conclusion regarding the ARPD report - "JackB"

As it can be clearly seen on the evidence and an Adminstrator's witness report, Officer JackB has misused his fire-arm and shot a suspect standing still, which is against ARPD rules. To add, the provoking can also be seen in the evidence posted. The decision has been made after reviewing all of the evidence taken by the prosecutor and the witnesses, as the Officer chose not to write a statement. Therefore officer Jack B has been found guilty

Actions Taken:

Officer JackB will be copbanned from police duty for the amount of 4 day(s)
