Title: JackB: General Abuse and Rudeness

SAPD Officer Policy violators: JackB

1. Officer Name - He pulled me over after a lag crash, and forced RP, by saying "RP or I /Su and Kill You". The officer was Rude, Abusive and had a terrible attitude thoughout the Traffic Stop.
2. Officer's Department - LSPD

- Witnesses: megamidget96 - He was passing and stopped to see what was going on.

Date: Wednesday - 11th July 2012.
Time: 3:50-4:05PM

Post by: Megamidget on July 11, 2012, 17:20:11 pm: I was passing the scene and i must say i was shocked by the poor attitude of the officer, and the fact that he made threats to suspect and shoot someone is appalling. It was only a few minutes earlier that the above officer stopped me for 'Illegal' parking. He was Rude to me Stating license and passport NOW, when he actually looked into the matter he found i had done nothing wrong something that he obviously didnt do with Mr Scott.

I am also told he didn't state the reason for the Traffic stop, something that is general good practice and something the officer needs to learn to do. Stating a reason helps calm and makes people understand what is going on it is evident that this has not happened here

As I passed down the road and noticed Officer JackB being very offensive and rude, I stopped by and see what was going on. Appeared that the reporter notified the Officer using /em that he was not interested to roleplay, however the officer forced himself upon the roleplay, even though the traffic stop occured for no valid reason aswell.
When the reported kept telling him he wasn't willing to take part in the roleplay, the officer rudely suspected him, dragged him out of his car and removed the entire armour using his baton. After the reported was forced to give up, the officer brought the reported to LSPD.

During the way from Commerce to LSPD, The accused officer claimed me from wrongdoing by supporting the suspect on this situation.

Here the administrator Doggi got involved and later on the person was unsuspected.

SAN ANDREAS POLICE DEPARTMENT
CASE CLOSED

San Andreas Police Department have came to a conclusion regarding the report ARPD report - "JackB"

It seems as if the 4 days copban (which was not executed, yet JackB was found guilty of two days ago) did not make him realise what he was doing wrong and that he should stop after being warned already. The evidence is condemning and the witnesses reports are uncontradicted. Therefore JackB is found guilty for the reasons stated above. If such actions are repeated by JackB again, he shall receive a larger punishment.

Actions Taken:

3 extra days to be added to his copban.
