Title: [ARPD] Report - Aaron_Conroy

SAPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer Name - on the day of July 15th, This officer, Aaron_Conroy suspected me by saying i was escaping when i was just standing there on the sidewalk with my bike, he then proceeded to shoot and kill me, thus making me lose 1 thousand dollars.
2. Officer's Department - LSPD

a. i have a high ranked witness, his name is Pedro_Cipone, he said he would post the pictures of this officer shooting at me. (Unsure)

Date: July 15th.
Time: At around 1:14 server time.

Civillian(s) involved: List.. no civilians involved,

In the screen, you can see that memolito was suspected and, without any warning, he was killed... Standing still in his bike.

It's up to him, I am giving him another 12 hours to post his statement, if not then the conclusion will be taken according to the evidence and the witnesses present.

When someone is suspected, doesn't he get automatically kicked out of the bike? Except in the case that Aaron shot instantly and Momolito couldn't exit which proves your point.

Alright, if Aaron does not post his verdict within 24 hours I will close the case.

SAN ANDREAS POLICE DEPARTMENT
CASE CLOSED

San Andreas Police Department have came to a conclusion regarding the report ARPD report - "Aaron_Conroy"

After a last review of the case, I can pretty much know what happened during it. Aaron did indeed shoot a standing still suspect, and there is no possible way that it can be contradicted with the evidence given. Hereby Aaron Conroy is found guilty. Note however, that the player is banned from the server for making multiple accounts, thus he will be informed via PM. As for Aaron, I recommend you to view the rules and protocols of ARPD again, aswell as the server rules. If you have any questions regarding this report you can send me a private message.
