Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Rule violators:

1. Officer John_Kane - When i cuffed a suspect and brought him right to jail. This officer told me he shot more so he should jail the suspect. Whereas I got the suspect to surrender and cuffed him and transported him to SFPD. After telling me to give up the suspect to him, he shot me in my back and killed me, took my suspect's and jailed both saying "Now i get them both". In short, Killed me and stole my suspect's.
2. Officer's Department - ARPD.
