This is not strict RP server, once off duty you can RP another person if you want.

Btw, at that time. I was a CITIZEN, not a Cop, logs can be checked to verify, so this report is completely invalid
Officers can also have their fun while they're off duty.
Use the common sense to figure it out, If I'm already a cop, why would i need to call 911 ? That makes no sense to me. If someone can tell me the reason, you can post it here ;) :help:

If he was a civilian as you state there is no reason to report him as he did not break any SAPD regulations. If you think he did something wrong or broke the rules of server, you may at least report him to [email protected]
