Story: Alright. I want to have a very honest report here. I know he gets alot of stuff by 'asslicking', and I really want someone who will bring an honest decision on what to do. So first, I decided to go on duty to make some activity reports for my SAPD report, and this is what happened. I went to the event (fight club) that was South of LSAP, so I was standing. There were a few fences and barriers aswell for cars not to enter. Now, I saw a few of his "bodyguards" fighting with civilians. I suspected civilians and bodyguards. One bodyguard shot me, but I've killed him. The other /gued, now, I asked him if he wants to end up like that guy that died or wants an unsuspect. He told me "you will end up like him, I want unsus". I told him you're coming with me to the station, and another "bodyguard" appears telling me that he isn't going anywhere. The bodyguard aswell was fighting therefore was suspected. He wasn't complying to give up, therefore me and officer Monte.Montague were hitting him a few times, so his armour will damage a little bit and he will give up eventually. Then, they got unsuspected for "Bodyguards". Then, the worst thing of all that could of occure in that situation, they've killed me and another officer (not Monte.Montague). I've kept reporting on radio that they were just trying to get an unsuspect for their bad behaviour. Then ARPD officer NexxtThePenguin starts complaining, "go ARPD.ArgonathRPG.com/forum for report section", and here I am. The officer 'Nexxt' was the "Boss/leader/head" of bodyguards. He told me they cannot be suspected. Aswell, the bodyguards were very disrespectful towards me and other officers around. Please do a decent decision. I hope this wasn't written for nothing. GIbson gave you two a few warnings and you guys did not care. The bodyguard got suspected for "carrying a weapon" ... which was a damn nitestick. You should watch your own suspections and listen to your higher ranks (such as Gibson).

This report does not make sense, there are no rules I broke.

There was a total lack of communication between the police and this private security operation, they where actually rivaling the polices presence at some point who where just there in good faith.

I came after viewing a match and suddenly saw security guards and civilians fighting.
The security guard killed officers then got unsuspected shortly after, one shot me when i was looking away and dealing with Air Authority business.

This seems to be an isolated incident, and was exacerbated by the lack of communication between senior SAPD (who where present at the time) and the security at the venue.

People were slaughtered mainly because of poor communication and heavy handed tactics of the security, furthermore the management of them should accept liability however they where unsuspected by Gimli and many others for "security" however I think those who unsuspected after Gimli did not fully understand the extent of the problem - for example someone was suspected for killing a cop - this should not be unsuspected, and they was unsuspected by a SAPD I believe.

BTW Zlatan none of that suck up stuff. Nexxt can be appointed what ever in a private thing, but then and again when he is a cop he should realize the issues.

The security aspect was poorly managed, a bus driver kept coming and lag ramming people by constantly driving back and forth instead of just simply being parked, I had to tell that guy like 5 times to just stay in one place and leave the vehicle because of the unintended consequences of a bus in such a small area.
The guy was then suspected after I had left him alone for a bit and returned to see him doing it again. he was suspected and then didn't really comply much, some other cops came and killed him even though I shout hold fire, it was much chaos and like I said above it was down to lack of communication, SAPD command online at the time and security personnel manager who was a cop should give an account to why they didn't co-operate / show proper presence at the event.

you posted before I managed to post this post!

Gibson was not at the venue and due to this he was in no strong position to throw orders around, I was trying to tell him to come.
I wasn't there when a suspect was suspected for a weapon, but I was there when I saw them randomly shooting and fighting with cops.

Also the security guard seemed cool, I told him if anyone troubles to report them to me and it was all cool.

I was mainly there to address concerns of the air space around LSAP and the event, as ATC. (A no fly zone was imposed and hunters, and others were there)
As I was there I did say to pilots that the airspace is closed, and shortly after saw a pilot come and land on the tunnel (who left the plane of which fell onto the area below), so I suspected him for failing to comply with authorities. Then Gibson asked why I suspected, so I said. He said it was not valid - using ATC communication as a mode for warning for such and then unsuspected him - which was totally misjudged. But ATC is the authority of the sky.

I was in the SAPD two times, I know their regulations and rules. Nexxt, your "bodyguards" had a very disrespectful and rude behaviour towards other people, including the officers. I did right suspecting them for fighting with the civilian. And why would I open this report? Simply because they got what they wanted (unsuspection), which was very unfairly given by the higher ranks (Gibson and others). A simple question, why did they kill me and Bradley. (or Monte I think it was), after they got an unsuspection?

As for your complaint about the unfairlly given unsuspection, Gimli who unsuspected is not a member of the SAPD (he carries SAPD Captain rights for being Community Leader), and Gibson did the same because Gimli did it.

A report is to be made, when the officer you report is being corrupt or abusing his commands. Not to complain about the security of an event, you can do that at [email protected] or directly with /report. I am not guilty of ANYTHING, I haven't used any commands nor I have done anything corrupt. I told you guys not to suspect the bodyguards to avoid the situation to escalate, as you guys had an provocative attitude aswell (for example Monte, who suspected our medic for parking his car on a bad spot, after my medic did not listen, you did /su "failure to comply").

So now you reported me, but you fail in proving the point where I was wrong as an officer. Because, I was not wrong and there cannot be any evidence.

So you made this report, without being able to proof my faults, just because I adviced you to do so? That would make this report a bit of a joke.

Yeah, because they were security of an event and you guys came there to "take over" or something. I was clear on the message and so was Gimli, not to cause any trouble. Therefor the unsuspection, YOU deal with OUR event rules not the other way around. After you suspected them, your guy started to use force against the bodyguards, while you guys PERFECTLY knew they were part of the event.

And don't tell me, that you passed by when patrolling. It was on the South of LSAP and you did not had anything to seek there except from partaking in an event. You failured to do so and suspected the bodyguards and started to force them to /gu; don't tell me that I am lying, because I was very near and I saw the most of it.

They had issues multiple orders for the people to stay away from the gate, of which very few people actually bothered complying.

I see no issue with Nexxt's behaviour in this situation whatsoever, he was a guard in a fun event, that is all.

I will start with telling you guys my own story as one of the bodyguards involved in the scene(billy_knox)

Well, I went from LSCH to the event area and asked Nexxt if i could be his bodyguard, and i said i will work for free, but that didn't end up like that. However, hours and minutes past and i met nice people and rude people there i treated them as they treated me. Then from nowhere a guy appeard up, asked me stuffs and wanted me to help him out to find out places and so on, So i was trying to help him when someone from nowhere started to punch him, As my job as security guard i should protect the offer being hitted, so did i. I started to punch the one punching the innocent civillian and then rambo Zlatan appeard from nowhere WITHOUT doing anything, warning/spraying/hitting back (in the first time) he started to suspect us, I had my security clothes on and i was marked as "SECURITY", HOW Can't you see that, and me hitting another civillian, do you think i do that for fun and on purpose meanwhile im on security duty?, He suspected me and those other 2, I got unsuspected, The civillian asking me for help died by Zlatan when he was standing still showing no harm at all and weren't aggresive at all. and then i got enough of you because i couldn't do anything else when you were threating me and asking me to FOLLOW NOW and blablal you know your actions. basically i was only protecting the civillians from people threating others and making threats towards the event, thats the job as a security i guess???, I had tons of glad costumers ready to rp with me, acting cool and ofcourse i did the same. But to you, i had to because you were the most anoying visitor of them all.

Your attitude and performence haven't been the perfect either, saying that you have been in SAPD Twice? Yeah, Been there and trolling around, Honestly i was in SAPD once aswell, and i only saw you trolling and witchhunting people to report them on the forums, You dont know shit about regulations, and if you are accusing Nexxt to not knowing them, you should forward those messages towards your self, a perfect cop, lets say Gibson, came and asked me about the situation afterwards, i said it was cool and we had it under controll and he replyed with a "fine we will stay here to check the area out", I had no problems with that, but people as you, Storming in /suspecting everyone and thinking money money in your brain thinking you are doing a GREAT JOB, those, I prefer shooting.

Let the judge do a fair decision and Nexxt didn't do anything due he was upstairs controling the gate and helping Ramo_Hawk (security) and Miguel_Luciano(security), And if a copban should be issued, let it fall on me...

Hope i cleared everything out...
And one more thing, Just came up in my head, Try to not Laggram or Crash STRAIGHT into me when you see me next time, You have been doing it multiple times... Lucky you, Admins haven't cought you.

How can you lie like that, please... And you can't tell me that I don't know regulations, I know them better than most of the officers in SAPD. I am always serious on duty, unlike NexxtThePenguin, as we all know he is the master of trolls. Me and moneyhunger? Please, why would I kill and suspect for $600 or whatever. I have enough money, I don't need to kill suspects. I'm mostly off duty anyway. And if I ever ran over you, please use the /report function. That is so immature, why would I do that..

I came and saw you fighting, which is a crime. I did not know you guys were the security, but whats with all the attitude towards me as an officer? I came nicely, offered you an investigation at the LSPD. You threatened me aswell with the "you will end up like that" and later on PMing me "you ended up like that".

I am not here to read a topic full of complaining about the security, moaning at me being the master of trolls. That behaviour is unacceptable, why would the SAPD even help you with your report, if you start to disrespect me now?

Summary: In current situation ARPD Officer Nexxt has no fault over situation that occured, neither he had any direct involvment in the situation. If you wish to report someone it would be to report the bodyguards for DM and possible report Community Leader Gimli for the unsuspection performed on them, after they actually shot a person.

Punishment: None

Status: CLOSED

Notes: This is not a chatting room, next time anyone decides to file a report or anyone wants to testify as a witness, do it strict and professional, not like a bunch of kids fighting over a toy.
