Title: [ARPD report] - Philip_Ancelotti

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Philip Ancelotti - I met Allen Smith at LSPD to patrol, then near Market ammu, Philip came and rammed us, When we got off the bike, He opened fire on us, I tried to report to admins , but He owned my armour, HP , Allen's HP and armour and then Cyril came. I don't know why did he shooted us.

Officer was banned from the police duty and the server today by myself.
Therefore this case is closed.
