Title: ARPD Report - Mikal

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

Violator: Mikal

Story: Basicly, everyone knows he is corrupt, abusive and trolls around on duty 24/7. Cyril Olaso was aiming at me, so I attempted to escape and call 911. I did so, and then, I get suspected by Mikal for prank calling 911. I asked for investigation, and did not get one. He kept ignoring me, like always. Trolling, abusive, smoking weed on duty...

Is Mr. Mikal aware of this report on him ? If no, let him know and he must post his statement.
It would be also great If you could provide some chatlogs, so I can see the reason why you were suspected.
There is no evidence of Mikal smoking weed.

I'm witness that Mikal was heavily trolling on duty. Constantly writting a poor English like "I are is cheef of polise" and shit like that. I warned him severals time to stop this troll in the main chat.
I unsuspected this Zlatan because officer Mikal just dropped him at LSPD and drove away.

For starters, the pictures that Zlatan has uploaded show nothing corrupt of me, using bad grammar on duty is not against ARPD regulations so that argument is invalid, you say you saw me smoking weed on duty? Upload some pictures of it then you can prove it, so yes I deny that.

The suspect stood in the road in the pictures said he had a bomb, I was actually dealing with him not Zlatan, he said he was about to detonate it so I shot him dead along with a few other officers who shot him, I dropped him at LSPD because I thought the cop that was talking to him when I was shooting the terrorist in the road was dealing with him, plus since I have personal problems with this person (Zlatan, BUSTA) I'de rather leave the investigating to someone else instead of me pleeding him guilty and taking him to jail and him saying 'this is because of a personal problem, your biased!' well yea, I do have personal problems with him thats why I wouldn't investigate.

I may seem 'trolly' or use bad grammar on duty, but I stay with the regulations, thanks. :leroy2:

You're constantly saying you're corrupt on mainchat aswell; "Mikal_McCorrupt" as you would say. I do not have the screenshots showing him smoking weed on duty now unfortunately, but he did.

About making 10+ reports in a month, is that bad? Its just dedication towards ARPD/SAPD. I don't want bad officers walking around, abusing, and doing terrible stuff whilst on duty.

Roleplaying a corrupt cop is completely different to running round /su abusing and killing eveyone, I've seen admins say before to copban a roleplay corrupt cop they must be caught directly by the cop-banner, not sure if it's true or not, but the fact is your just trying to do anything to get me cop banned.

Maybe I am trying to get you copbanned, maybe not. That is not confirmed, but what is that I am trying to get another officer off duty where he belongs, instead of abusing, being corrupt in a NON RP way.

San Andreas Police Department

CASE CLOSED


San Andreas Police Department have came to a conclusion regarding the report aganist officer(s) Mikal

Officer Mikal has been found not guilty in his actions aganist citizen Zlatan. Mr. Zlatan has failed to provide evidence of his crime, which means that we cannot confirm whether It was him or not. In future, If an officer fails to give you investigation then you may sure them in court as this is aganist civil rights.
Note: Officer Mikal should try to calm down a bit, as he has been trolling/fooling around too often. If you wish to roleplay a corrupt cop, then go ahead but If you will be caught, then you will be discharged from duty straight away.

Verbal warning to Officer Mikal (can be seen above)
