Title: ARPD Report - Edward Luciano

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Edward Luciano - Today, i was standing near LSPD while the flood attacks was going on. The abuser cop was constantly shooting around and shooting at a medic with his gun. I mistakely pressed my mouse button and I punched him. After that he started shooting me and as my HP went low to 0.01, he suspected me and shooted me while i was standing. The abuses that he has commited are:
- Abuse of duty weapons
- Shooting civilians
- Shooting standing still suspects

1.) Is Mr. Luciano aware of this report ? If no, let him know as we need his statement.
2. ) Neither of your evidence, chatlog or screenshot, prove that It was him who killed you.

I will be informing him as soon as possible, i reach him. I didn't got time to PM him due to the floods attacks.

There was no other cop around me else Mister Luciano.

Then It will be hard for you to prove that It was him, as screenshots or chatlogs doesnt show that.

Are you still interested of continuing with this report aganist Mr. Luciano ? If yes, please provide valid evidence that proves what Mr. Luciano did, also you must let him know about this report.

I don't really have more proof. As it was so quick and I didn't expected this. I'm attempting to contact Mister Luciano, but I haven't seem him IG yet.

My part of the Story -

From memory I suspected Mister Edison Collin for striking me with his fist (assault).

Mister Edison Collin then successfully evaded me on foot. I have no knowledge as to whom killed Mister Collin as I was not present at the time of his death.

First of all, i saw you striking a medic who was in heli with your weapon. I was standing by you and mistakely pressed the button, you started to shoot me and when i had 0.01 hp, you've suspected me and killed me. I would like to get a log check by the administration team if possible and also I never evaded you.

"Striking" implies the use of a fist, foot or melee weapon yes? Sir are you now saying a firearm was not involved?

Would Mr Collin kindly explain how I was "striking' a medic inside a vehicle.
Also would this Medic be willing to come forward and produce evidence?
Furthermore since the medic was in a Helicopter are you now alleging that the indecent occurred in the air or on the ground?

You were having a deagle in your hand crouching down and shooting at the heli near the City Hall. I am not that much good in english that's why i used the word 'striking'
