Title: ARPD Report-Arris

ARPD Officer Policy violators:

Violator: Arris

Story: I Caught officer Arris here ordering heroin on duty in bayside that doesn't seem like proper police proceedure to me.

I, Lieutenant Tom Adams will be handling this report. First of all I would like you to let this officer know about the report on him, as he has to post his statement.

How do you know he was ordering the drugs there, did you see anything on ground then ? He could've been standing there doing nothing also.

This is a Miss Under Standing, Last Night Officers TinMan, Dywane_Robinson, Allen_Smith, [HA] OR [MA] ( im not sure ) Mike were in a TS Channel, we got a report of some one ordering heroin int he area Via 911, I went to a heroin spot in BaySide and i searched the houses in the area, and i did a patrol around the area for about 15 minnuts to insure there would be no drug trafficking.

I, SFPD Cadet Mike Sangelo can confirm that we had reports of illegal substance ordering in that particular area at around the time that this incident had occurred.

San Andreas Police Department have came to a conclusion regarding the report  aganist officer(s) Arris

Officer Arris has been found not guilty in his actions, as according to witnesses, he was part of incident.

Note: You may not report officers for ordering heroin or growing weed just because they are standing on the field, you must get evidence of package/a bush If you see them making drugs.
