How long have you played as a cop: I roll play as a cop every day for a hour or so, then im EMS

Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above):No

Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentences): I wish to join becuase i am trying to get out of a criminal life, i started off on the wrong foot and now im trying to turn things around, i also would like to join because i know a few people in SAPD and ARPD as well, I also can tell if some one is changing up there story good, people think they can tell, but not every one, ive been trained to tell.

You need to create your own format of the patrol reports.
You may view in other application to observe their reports and try to be inspired how to make yours, nothing big, simple and understandable one.
(Try not to copy others reports form)

You make your reports by patrolling with officers and you should write all the information about the report inside your patrol report.

PATROL REPORT

Patrol Conclusion:
The Suspect Mr.Zero came to DPD after I, and 2 other officers were done a investigation. Mr.Zero came in holding a weapon and we all told him to put it away and he did. Moments after we left the building and the 2 officers left the area. The Man then for turned to me and threatened to kill me, at that point he was suspected for "Threating A Officer" at that moment the man pulled out a weapon and started to shoot, i took another step up and pulled out a "Regular Shot Gun", the man was neutralized after a fear-full gun battle that lasted for about 5-10 minnuts.

Patrol Conclusion:
I was on patrol in LS, I was driving past the FBI HQ away from Market Ammunition, The Driver of 1 yellow taxi almost hit me head on, the driver was driving in my lane, i avoided him and drove into a wall, at that point i turned on my lights and got be hind the drive rand use command /m1. The driver came to a complete stop and turned off his engine. I spoke the driver and made a ticket of $125. He refused to pay and he was suspected for "Not Complying" I told him he is under arrest and then he /q abused.

Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentences): I would like to join San Andreas Police Dept. because i have been a criminal before and i know there tactics. I know who is a major buyer / disputer of weed and heroin. I can also help out in gang/group cold cases, i know a lot of high ranking gangsters in a few groups. I also have Basic Heli Skills, these skills will and would help out for any 10-80's or code 30's in a area that is best accessible by heli. I also have great pilot skills, i can land planes on top of mount chilly with out a problem, depending on the plane and or jet of course.

I stoped that application, i was told to do so by to senior officers and i would prefer not to say whom, if those officers want to say yes they did they will come and post, i found that my last application was not good enough.

Patrol Comments : I was patrolling in Jefferson when i seen the suspect. He stop and did not /GU the suspect was then shot and killed by a by-stander. A Moderate was Spectating at the time and the Mod talked with him.

Patrol Comments : Patrol started off with a few traffic stops. Latter on during the patrol there was a large gang fight by GS9. I was not able to get any screen shots because it was constant firing back and forth. We had the ARAP fighting Corleone and N.B.A... the fight started off with N.B.A fight with one another, The Corleone was driving by when they were hit by bullets, the war lasted from 2Am to 4AM. I will try better to get screen shots but this patrol was crazy.

just a TIP: When you are NOT on cop duty, you are NOT allowed to aid cops by shooting suspects, that's considered as DM and Cop baiting

PATROL REPORT

Date:8/12/2012

Time (EST) : 10AM

Patrol Partner: [WS]Tom_Adams

Suspects Arrested: N/A

Suspects Neutralized: 3

Patrol Comments : I was on patrol heading to LV from LS. I found 2 wanted suspects, one for attempted murder on police officer the other for aid. I gave them commands to /GU but they got out and started to fight, both suspects used handguns. At that point pulled out a combat shot gun to take a level up. One suspect was taken down and the other Ran. I chased the suspect to the gas station in LV. Tom came in a few moments latter and assisted. One suspect was taken down when he arrived, we chased another suspect and he was Neutralized after a foot chase of 3-5 min. After that a Code 30 came over the radio and we responded, i went up to pepper spray the suspect as Tom, and on other officer covered me, the suspect pulled out a combat shot gun and i was killed.
