Title: ARPD Report - Tyler_Bawden + (NK)Andreas

ARPD Officer Policy violators: Tyler_Bawden ; (NK)Andreas

1. Tyler_Bawden ; (NK)Andreas - First Tyler wanted to give me a 600$ fine for speeding and refusing to pullover while they actually just drove behind me without doing /m1 so I didnt refuse anything. Then they threated me saying "I will spray you". Then I said thats not allowed and he immediatley suspected as you can see in the pictures below. They started spraying and shooting me while I didnt use a gun. Also they shot and killed Dexter without suspecting him.

Hello Lieutnant Adams.

You mean I should inform the officers I reported ? - I told both officers about the report and told them to take a look at it.

I will ask Dexter to write how he sees this here.

So in details, this happened:

Me and Dexter was driving around, talking. When these two officers came with their bikes and drove behind us with the siren on. I drove to the right so they could pass (yes I was speeding I admit that). But even if I was speeding, an Admiral is not so fast that wouldnt be able to pass, but they stayed behind me. I continued driving and after like 3 minutes finally an officer shouted trough the megaphone that I should pullover. I did so. He told me to get out of the car. Then he just said: You was speeding and refusing to pullover. I will give you a 600$ fine." He didnt say exactly that sentence but thats what he said in generell. Then he aimed the spray at me. I said "Dont f**king hurt me.". He said: "I will spray you". Then I said: "Thats not allowed". So he just suspected me for "Refusing to pay fine - speeding and reckless driving". Without letting me react on that, he began spraying me half to death. When I managed to jump out of the spray area, both opened fire with SMG and Tec-9 (or UZI). They also shot Dexter down without even suspecting him. Then they killed me.

So Im accusing them in "Abusing ARPD Weapons" and "Abusing" in generell, since they didnt even talk after suspecting me, they just opened fire.

At first I did not pay much attention to cops. But finally they asked us to pullover. Sam did that without any problems. Then officer (NK)Andreas told me to follow him. He started to talk to me about some murder what happened and that samekinda car what we had, was used on crime scene. Then officer (NK)Andreas told me that he need to get me to investigation. Suddenly I saw that officer Tyler_Bawden used pepper spray on [TCL]Sam_Johnson. Sam himself did not attack any officer at that time. Then they opened fire on me too. I tried to escape from scene. I however got stuck and suddenly there were burning car over me. I got killed by explosion.

I might add that I did drove through this place after short moment but not to take part of shooting because situation was over already. I was on my way to meet Rudy_Cooper who were near that area. Then I get suspected by officer Tyler_Bawden for reason like *Shooting at cop*. I did not run. I did not open fire. I simply tried to ask what was reason for that as I already got killed by that explosion. Shortly I got killed by officer Tyler_Bawden who shot me from his motorcycle.

Well, I tried to contact both but Andreas ignored me so I told Tyler about it. Since it seems like they're hanging out together, I told Tyler to inform andreas about it. I also told Tyler the ARPD Forum adress and it looked like he was checking the report since he was Alt-Tabbed. I dont know now...

I really can not be asked with a shit load of typing so here is mine and tylers report. We was on skype togther as we do, so we decided to pull you two over. The plan was to beat your mercilesly to low health then leave you, and also considering rp raping you.We are just rping police brutality. So I think like a weeks cop ban is a decent punishment no need to take things any further, besides I am a robboing and kidnapping criminal now. :leroy2:

I told Andreas twice already, that Tyler has to post his point of view here but he didnt answer. Also I didnt see Tyler online. Theres nothing more I can do. I hope they still get punished and that this report wont be "forgotten" just like that.

San Andreas Police Department have came to a conclusion regarding the report  aganist officer(s) Tyler_Bawden and (NK)Andreas

Officers Bawden and Andreas have been found guilty in abuse of lethal force. Such behaviour is not accepted as this is roleplay server.


Actions taken:
Officers Bawden and Andreas have been discharged from duty for 3 days
