Title: [Report] [Trucker]Rusty_Nail-Inproper use of SAPD Weapons

Directed to: SAPD authority.
SAPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer Name - [Trucker]Rusty_Nail,This Officer (suspected for Aiding which i did do) opened fire upon me next to LSPD I was on my way to LSPD in a sweeper he fired without warning with a SMG which clearly is stated AGAINST SAPD Regulations,this is not the first time EVEN today he has broken weapons regulations.
2. Officer's Department - Which department he/she works for (LSPD, SFPD, DPD) Unknown

 a. Pictures..will post soon
 b. Other evidence..Juan_Chaquz (spelling on last name) was a witness if I am not mistaken

Not in SAPD officially.

Rank removed.

The player however is registered on November 15th 2007 and the player came back on August the 11th.
Remind him in-game to warn and not shoot instantly next time otherwise report him to administrators if he keeps doing it.
