Do you have a driver's license (issued by driving school)?: Yes, I do.
Have you read all "SAPD Police Procedures" topics? Yes, I have.
Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above): Yes, former Lieutenant.
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired? This has been explained to Chief Hernandez.
Had an previous application that go rejected? (add link to old applications): No.
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentences): I want to join San Andreas Police Department again because since my resignation, I have had a lot of time to find myself again. Before I resigned, I had few good times with several members of the SAPD serving and protecting the citizens and fellow officers in the line of duty. Now I'm back to prove myself for what I was and stood for, a loyal member of the SAPD and never gave up when the times were hard. I will achieve these aims by working hard, focusing on what truely matters which is protecting and serving and supporting in anyway I can to other officers.

Daily Patrol Report Name: Matthew Cipone Patrol Partners: Roske Rosso Situations: Traffic stop: 6 Persuits: 4+ Shootings: 4+ Summary: Patrolled with Roske in the morning after a few suspects, performed one or 2 traffic stops. Then in the afternoon, crime rates went up and had a few chases and shootouts as well as more traffic stops.
