Title: Captain Gimli - Possession and dealing of heroin; witchcraft
Post by: Stormeus on August 22, 2012, 05:57:00 am
Directed to: SAPD authority.
SAPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer Name - Gimli
Earlier today, Captain Gimli distracted a truck driver, =AV=Craft, who was carrying heroin. Instead of suspecting the civilian and attempting to make an arrest, he and Captain iDavid distracted the driver while Gimli stole a bag of heroin from the driver and drove away. This was picked up by a couple of business surveillance cameras in the area.

In order to obtain evidence of my own, I went to investigate the matter myself since I was with them when the truck was robbed. Gimli said he didn't have the heroin because he sold it to CJ for $50. After that, he and iDavid got out of their car and, in an act that would only be possible with the use of black magic, transformed into Sweet and Big Smoke, and then drove away.

These are not captain's who represent or work for the SAPD therefore the SAPD Command cannot take action. They are members of the government who have powers equal to that of a Captain. Therefore if you believe they didn't act right you can forward a report to the president or vice president's office.

Till then, two questions to the reporter..

- Why did you ask him for drugs?
- Do you have any evidence of him giving drugs to anyone on duty?

These two questions will depend the fate of the report and how sufficient they are to be solid.

Regards.

Why did you ask him for drugs?
Because I already knew he had the drugs and needed to collect evidence for the report; a simple admission that he had, at one point, possessed them like he said he had would have been sufficient, and I had no intention of keeping it if he actually gave it to me.

No. The heroin, in a scripted sense, probably doesn't actually exist either.

Gimli claims that there were no CCTV evidence of any heroin being grabbed.

Which of the evidences that you have provided can sum up the claims of that?

I would say the whole incident was a joke. Gimli was just playing around.

Case closed, lack of interest, joke report and wasting my time going around investigating and taking statements on the defendant.
Reporter has been expelled for posting a report for another two weeks.
