ARPD Officer Policy violators:
Violator: Mikal for abuse (I reported him about 2-3 times before...) (edit:) and Enis_Brate for killing me whilst I was trying to /gu on a bike..
Story: Basicly I'm sick and tired of his TROLLING 24/7 around, which includes shouting in streets randomly, smoking weed and much more..... I got killed WHILST I was standing and TRYING to give up....... Abused the /suspect command AGAIN for "terrorism", I did not know driving a NRG as a medic is terrorism... srsly...

Hey Paul, maybe terrorism wasn't the best way to word the way he was running over a crowd of ballas purposly (driving on the sidewalk with his NRG aswell) but I guess that's just the way I worded it, fact is he was still breaking the law..

From a single incident today I saw witchhunting and just pure abuse/trolling with your commands. As I took no screenshots I did not copban you but if I did, you would be copbanned.
The one who should be complaining is Mikal, not you.

Oh really? I don't want to argue basicly. He was trolling even while a suspect. Yesterday he abused his fireman weapons on us, wanted an investigation after evade, killing etc..... I had to go and he did the slow walk, and you want him to complain about me................... wtf is this....
I myself am one of the best police officers, or that was in the SAPD. And I don't care if you don't think so...

Having a dark blue name doesn't mean that you are better then those who don't.
I have seen that Officer Mikal(or Chief, as he likes to call him self) isn't always the most serious officer.
But to report him for it, with the current evidence? Not really enough.
You accuse him of smoking weed on duty, while you do not have any evidence.
Plus, you aren't any better then him sometimes, as is already said by Jones.
((Posting here as a witness of a few of Mikals ... "happy moments"))

I cannot specify how simply entertaining this report is getting, you refer to yourself as one of the best officers that was in SAPD... Well clearly your SAPD career didn't last long and others don't think your as good as an officer as you say, yesterday there was a carshow in Idlewood, I came with a fire truck since they look so nice, I parked up and someone started ramming me, I got out and hit his car with a shovel, he pulled a gun on me so I killed him, moments later an ARPD officer arrived (Not Zlatan) he started spraying me so I said 'I surrender' and /hailed, therefore I was surrendered and could not evade, the cop continued spraying me desipite the fact I had surrendered in a roleplay manner, I started spraying the cop with my fire extinguisher to stop him killing me, then Zlatan and other cop arrived and started shooting without warning, despite the fact I was only using a fire extinguisher to get the cop to stop spraying me, I had no intentions of killing him, and plus fire extinguisher doesn't last long enough to kill someone, I'm also pretty much legalised so I don't just go round killing cops for fun, when Zlatan and the other cop opened fire I jumped into my fire truck to try and get out of the shooting, they blew my truck up so I ran across the road and surrendered, Zlatan in the cop car came and ran me over, anyway I complied and got into the back of his car, went to LSPD, I walked slowly into LSPD and he kept spraying me saying 'Move faster' and such, after entering LSPD I asked for an investigation into why the officer was spraying me whilst I was surrendered in the first place and insisted I wanted to make a complaint, Zlatan had to interests in giving me an investigation or allowing me to file a complaint, he then said over the radio I was trolling, and kept saying on /p 'Mikal is a troll, hes constantly trolling in /gu' even though I was NOT trolling, he was just trying to make me look bad infront of everyone, anyway he sai over /r he was leaving me surrendered in the LSPD, he also told me I had no rights and I had to follow him, even though every suspect is entitled to an investigation, he left me in the LSPD surrendered then continued calling me a troll on /p, I then PMed some other cops asking if they would come, but I was unsuspected by FBI soon after due to the fact I was left completely alone in /gu.
Zlatan your fine reporting me for very minor things on cop duty, yet it's ok for you to completely trash ARPD regulations, I havent made no reports about what you did yesterday, so grow some balls and stop whining about little things just to try and get someone in trouble.
