Summary of operation:
The operation was very successful, all officers RP'ed well, followed Regulations and were Mature
Specific incidents:
1.)Durin the operation There was a C30 call for a group of Gvardias in SF, they were on the move a lot of the time, so it took a while to catch up, 10 or so minutes later My unit Flipped the Car the suspects were driving. Backup arrived and there was a Shoot out. ((I could not get any screen shots)). We all took cover and shot the 3 suspects, I myself Died but the other officers did not and survived
2.)In Part 2 of the operation ((Screen shots provided)), We chased a suspect who was on a sanchez, the suspect was heavily armed, he did a jump and got onto a roof near LSPD, he got of his bike and opened fire, My Unit took cover and waited for backup, when backup arrived a gun fight started, the suspects health was taken down lots so he got back on his bike and drove away, he was later taken down via LF and none of the officers died
Conclusion of operation:
The operation was full of action, You performed well and maturely and handled the radio well, Good work and good luck!

Since you edited your last post, I'll give you a updated response here.
Age doesn't worry at all, you just be honest in your application and that's it. It's not hard to detect such investigations which can not match the correct value.
Don't do it in future though.

Description : Units Role play well during the traffic stops.We reported 10-8 from LSPD and we got a call that there were a C30 at idlewood. The suspects are armed and 3 units downed.After a gun shooting, all suspects finally were downed.We C4/C14 and return back to our normal patrol. After 1 hour, we ended our patrol at LSPD garage.

We patrol from LSPD and we had a backup call on A suspects, that were armed well. He took down the suspects with m4 and combat and we return back to our jurisdiction.When we Came to PNS At Were located at idlewood. A civilian ram use with a monster on purpose.He suspected him and he jump on his car and suicide. After awhile, we ended our patrol at LSPD.

Description : I just logged in for 25minutes, I saw Deputy Chief Sushi asked for backup on suspects near LSPD bar.I respond to backup call and followed orders from Sushi to set a perimeter.Sushi Issues us armour, and some weapons.Me,Vince,John,Hard,Captain Tom as breach team, during the gun shots inside,Our captain died and all the suspects were neutralized.
Part 2 : After the C30,We got a call from Sushi that we had a 207 at a building that located next to AVDS.Sushi asked me to set a perimeter at the door and suspect civilians that were tresspassing.During the 207,Sushi and some SAPD as a breach team and after some gun shots,the 207 finally C4 but sadly the hostage were down during the gun shots too.After That, I report myself C4/C14 and returned back to LS.I reported myself 10-7 at LSPD.
