(http://i47.tinypic.com/2rzxgeb.png) | Body examination report. Name: Mike Aly Rank: ARPD Officer - Crime Scene Investigator, LV Department Assisting officer: LVPD Lieutenant Hank Rafferty Victim: Unknown Cause of death: Large amout of air blown into the artery. Explanation of death: Air can be injected directly into the veins either accidentally or as a deliberate act. Examples include misuse of a syringe, and industrial injury resulting from use of compressed air. However, the amount of air that would be administered by a single small syringe is, in most cases, not enough to suddenly stop the heart, nor cause instant death. However, such bubbles may occasionally reach the arterial system through a patent foramen ovale, as noted above, and cause random ischemic damage, depending on their route of arterial travel. In this case, the air that was injected into the victim was a large amount, wich caused his death. Other important evidences found: - Multiple ribs broken (2) - Arm fracture - Piece of a black jacked (biker jacked) De-Brief: I was called by Lieutenant Hank Rafferty about a body in the Montgommery hospital. Soon after I arrived I examined the body, and checked something in the DNA and samples machine. A piece of a black leather jacket was found. This kind is used in clothes for bikers, such as the Hells angels, Sons of Anarchie. Lieutenant Rafferty informed me that these groups of bikers are active in the area of the murder, and could be connected to the murder. What we think happend: Our victim was in his farm, busy with cleaning the garage. The killer attacked him from the front, as his front ribs were broken(chest). This means, that our victim knows the killer, otherwise he could have ran. After being hit with a solid object several times (could be a baseball bat), our victim was injected air, into his veins, wich lead to his death. Soon after that the building was set on fire with gasoline. (To attempt to cover the evidence) Quickly after the fire had been put out, the LSFD discovered that this wasn't a regular fire, but on purpose. Thats when they called in the SAPD. As LSPD was not available, LVPD Lieutenant Hank Rafferty went to the Crime Scene to collect evidence. After the body was recovered, a knife was found. though this did not contain blood. The body was transported to the Hospital of Montgommery. Soon after that had happend, the CSI of LV was called to examine the body. (see debrief). We still do not have a clue who the killer was, but we hope that the evidence will lead to an arrest. Extra information: We are telling the media that it was a regular fire, and that the victim has died because of that. This, so that it doesn't cause any panic. As soon as the killer is caught, we will announce it. Signed by, Mike Aly ARPD Officer - LV Crime Scene Investigation |

Victim: Jim Antonie Cause of death: 9mm bullet in the head. (shot) Explanation of death: Shot with a 9mm gun in the head, close range, from the back. Other important evidences found: - 9mm gun shells. - Gun powder - DNA evidence (blood of the killer) De-Brief: We received a 911 call about a murder in Mulholland. A man was found dead on the porch of a house. Evidence proves that he was shot in the back. Soon after we investigated the crime scene, we found blood. After checks in the lab, this blood matched a man called Rob Tecs. I went to his house (Fort Carson) and checked if he was there, but the building was empty. When I wanted to drive back to LVPD, I passed by a shooting with multiple officers involved (One SAPD officer, Pixy) I joined the shootout, and wounded a white male. I took him to the station for interogation. Soon after I started, he told me that his name was Rob Tecs. (This was a suprising though good result) I told him that I was already looking for him, as he was conected to a murder. He admitted the murder, and he was taken to jail for 30 years(82 seconds), for Murder, attempt of murder on multiple officers, armed robbery. Length Of Patrol: ca. 2 Hours Names Of Officers Involved: Rob Williams Pixy Suspects Punished by RP: 1 Suspects Punished by Jail: 1 Suspects Punished by Death: 4 Suspects Investigated: 1 Situations: C30 | 3x Murder | 1x Summary of the patrol: Started my day early, with a fresh Ice-Coffee. Usualy I drink a normal one, but it was going to be a hot day in Argonath, so I just took a cold one. After grabing my dutybelt and uniform from my locker, I went to the patrol car downstairs, and started the engine. I had 3 botles of water already packed into the car, they were cold, and about 1 1/2 liters full. I was going to patrol in the South Las Venturas area, and the Las Venturas-Los Santos highway. On my way towards Los Santos, I received a 911 call incomming from a citizen who found a body in at they're porch. I went over to the crime scene (Mullholland) and investigated the body. I found some evidence regarding this murder, and took it to the station for research. Soon after I took the evidence (DNA and gun shells) into the computer, I received results. The gun that was used was a 9mm, so it could have been a Colt, Glock, M9, or any other type of weapon that uses these bullets. We also found blood of the murderer, wich shown us that there were signs of a fight, instead of a simple assasination. The blood belongs to Rob Tecs. As soon as we had this result I went to his house in Fort Carson, to check out if he was there. The house was empty and the car was gone. I went back to the station, but on my way back (at the Fort Carson ammunation) I came into a shootout with several tango's and police officers. When two fled, I ran after one, and knocked him down on the floor. Cuffed, told him his rights, and then took him to the station. After interogating him for 5 minutes, he gave his name. It was a shock when I heard it .. though a relieve. The man I just arrested IS Rob Tecs. I asked him, why he killed that man, I found at the house earlyer. he told me that it was, because that man was spying him, and wanted to kill him. After he went to jail, I did a background check, and gave him a profile: Quote from: Profile Totally paranoid, delusional, Agressive. More information about this case can be read here: I went back to the station (LVPD) and joined an Organised patrol, led by Lieutenant Adams. I joined officer Rob Williams in his cruiser, and we went over to a C30 in Los Santos, as this was an order from the Lieutenant. As soon as we arived at the scene, we went in pursuit with a car, carying plate 95. We lost him due the fact that the other officer in the car did not open fire with his MP-5, as was told to him (( He went AFK without telling us)) A few minutes later we re-gained visual on the target, and used a P.I.T. on him, not very effective (because of the lag) Media: (http://i45.tinypic.com/30kzk2g.png)(http://i48.tinypic.com/261m0xt.jpg)(http://i47.tinypic.com/2w54tue.jpg)(http://i49.tinypic.com/iwp35i.jpg)

Length Of Patrol: ca. 3 Hours Names Of Officers Involved: Lionel Valdes [MA]Nim Suspects Punished by RP: 0 Suspects Punished by Jail: 0 Suspects Punished by Death: 6 Suspects Investigated: 1 Situations: C30 | 5x Highspeed chace | 2x Summary of the patrol: This evening I started my patrol with Officer Valdes. I have known him a bit longer so we were ready to patrol with eachother without asking any questions on what to do. We started in Las Venturas, on the highways. when we saw a citizen driving on the wrong side of the road, I attempted to pull him over in the first place. After 2 minutes of ignoring my orders the man and his friend were suspected for evading. We called in backup while they were heading back to Los Santos. Once we reached the bridge, they opened fire on our vehicle, and we requested backup. While almost reaching Los Santos, we passed by officer Leroy, and he assisted in the chace. When we arrived at East Los Santos, they're car crashed against a wall, and flipped. Both men got out, and opened fire upon us with a pistol. I returned fire, and sprayed one of them, while the other one was attempting to escape with a helicopter that was parked there. After a few seconds, officer Leroy was shot, and died on the scene. officer Lionel and I were still alive though. Lionel ran out of ammo and had to use close combat. He wounded one of them, while I shot the man escaping in the helicopter (he died). Now it was just me, Lionel and the remaining suspect. I took out my shotgun, and hit the suspect twice in the leg, but he kept firing at Lionel. Quickly as I attempted to spray the hostile, he shot Officer Valdes in the head, and he died. I used all my strenght to knock down the suspect with my batton, and arrest him. But while I was doing this, he took out an AK-47, and started shooting me again. I had no other option then to end the fight ... and his life. lets just call it collateral damage. I recovered the body's and brought those to the PD. Today we lost two good officers. R.I.P. Lionel and Leroy. After that I returned to LVPD and took the HPU Buffalo, and guarded the Mulholland int. A few men came across, and used the wrong ramp. I quickly went after them and pulled them over. a few stopped, other evaded, but were later cought by the LVPD. At about 30 minutes later we received a C30 call comming in from the LVPD, about a C30, Sforza HQ Las Venturas. I went there as fast as I could, and assisted in the shootout. when I arrived there were 3 hostiles left, and I nearly took out two of them. After that I went back to Los Santos, and drove around Temple, Market, Vinewood. I Met several criminals, who stepped out of they're cars as soon as they saw me, and started shooting with SMG's. none survived though. I assisted in one or two chaces, and then went back to the station to repair and refuel my car, for the officer that will use if after me. It was a rough day, though full of action. It is such a shame that the officers that died had to leave us already. they were a great addition to the force. R.I.P. Media: (http://i47.tinypic.com/33nueq8.png)

Length Of Patrol: ca. 1 Hour Names Of Officers Involved: N/A Suspects Punished by RP: 0 Suspects Punished by Jail: 1 Suspects Punished by Death: 2 Suspects Investigated: 0 Situations: Chace | 1x Shootout | 2x Summary of the patrol: Started with a good HPU patrol in Las Venturas. I patrolled on the highways, and the strip. My first target was a red Infernus, escaping from me on the highay. I took as many shortcuts as possible, and that made me able to P.I.T. him. I took out his car by using this tactic, and he flipped. When he got out, he started to open fire at me with an Combat shotgun. I drew my Deagle, and returned fire. I still had my cover behind the wheel of my car, and he wasn't trying to find any cover at all, left me with no other option then to shoot him. A few minutes later I got a call of a baricaded situation in Las Venturas, and I told the officer to wait for my arrival, so that we would be able to set up a tactical plan. I went there as fast as possible, but when I arrived, the officer already went inside, and got shot. I took my shotgun(regular) and placed my car in a defencive position. no other officer was responding, so I had to do it alone. The problem was that as soon as I entered the compound, someone could be waiting to shoot me. wich wouldn't be so usefull. So, I had to do it the smart way, and draw him out. I waited for 5 minutes, but there came no responce. I started to wonder. did he escape? is he still in there? I loaded my weapons once more, and stood against the wall next to the door. I entered, and quickly found cover behind a table. I now had to clear all rooms, as I was tought by my teachers. The first two rooms were clear, left me with one last room.. I took out my pepperspray, opened the door for a bit, and sprayed inside. It was a little room, not much space, place for one bed. I drew my Shotgun again, and went inside. A man with a Desert eagle in his hand, coughing because of the spray. I aimed him and gave him 5 warnings to stop moving, drop the weapon, and get on the motherf**king floor. As he stopped coughing, he opened fire at me with the deagle. That gave me enough reason to return fire, so I did. The man didn't survive the rain of hail bullets fired from my shotgun. I reported suspect down, and went back to my car. I cought a few bullts with my vest ... wich will surely give me a bruise. but I couldn't care less, really. the suspect was downed, and I did my job correctly without any other cassualty's, I moved on with my HPU buffalo patrol, after grabbing a new armour and rounds of Shotgun. I passed by a car with a man wearing a pizza devilvery uniform. I went after him, and ran his plate through the police database. The man was wanted for evading an officer in Los Santos, and fled to the Silver state of Las Venturas. I quickly turned on my siren and used my microphone, shouting the usual words; "This is the Las Venturas Highway Patrol, move to the RIGHT side of the road, pullover, ENGINE OFF. The man wasn't really into getting cought, and he chose the quick way ... escaping. I made my engine do his work, and chaced him. After giving 5 warnings, telling him to stop, I used P.I.T. to ram him against a building. he lost control of his wheel, and crashed into the LVPD gardens. I stepped out, drew my shotgun and shot his back tires. The man got out with his hands up, and surrendered. He was jailed by an other officer, so that I could move on. I resumed my patrol on the highway. I took JTW South, then east. I met a driver who wasn't driving very straight, as he entered the city. I followed him on distance, and saw him speeding, driving reckless and ramming multiple still standing cars. As soon as he left the city again (at JTW north) I pulled him over, and attempted to speak with him. He turned down the radio, as it was making so much noice that I was barely able to hear him. Some sweat smell came out of the car, and the man his pupils were unusualy small for a dark night like this. I asked him politely to step out of the car, as I checked the inside. I recovered a few grams of weed from the driver seet, and another gram from the passenger seet (empty seet though). The man was high like hell, plus, after a breath test ... drunk to. I arrested him for driving under influence. he was jailed inside LVPD later. Finished my day with re-fueling the buffalo, and taking it back to LVPD.(not damaged) Media: (http://i47.tinypic.com/21e5g8w.png)(http://i47.tinypic.com/2s679kj.png)

Suspects Punished by RP: 0 Suspects Punished by Jail: 3 Suspects Punished by Death: 4 Suspects Investigated: 0 Situations: A chase, and also some roleplay sittuations Summary of the patrol: Today I started at Los Santos Police Department. I went on ARPD duty and performed duty as OCU. I went to the Mulholland int. on standby, and waited for people to use the wrong ramp. Before doing this I reported myself on duty in the radio and informed all officers that they should use the correct ramp, and that I was waiting there. My first guest was a bit ... shocking. It was a plane who used the ramp as an airstrip. had a quick talk with him, and then he flew away. After that, about 5 people in total used the wrong ramp, and they were all issued with a 100 Argonath Dollar fine. As soon as no people came anymore, I moved to the highways and responded to several C30s. When I arrived at LVPD, an Organised patrol was starting, so I joined. Nim was leading it as far as I could see, and Tom was AFK. The first time we responded to Bone County, heroin spot. my game was a bit messed up, but I fixed that. Once we arrived the suspect had quit abused and we were waiting for him to come back, but he didn´t After that we went in Persuit with another suspect, driving a sultan. I jumped out once he got out and fired a short salvo on his front window.. unsuccesfull. He kept driving and multiple officers were attempting to stop him from getting away. after a few seconds he crashed into a group of cruisers and his car blew. He got out and opened fire on the police. but he didn´t stand a chance, and surrendered. I moved to LSPD and went on Dispatch duty. I assisted by reporting any known suspects, who were active at that moment, and all suspects that were reported either died or were arrested. After completing my Dispatch duty, I went home to write a de-brief. It took me a while as this was a pretty rough day for me ((at school)) It was a short but good day in San Andreas, and I enjoyed to be back. Media: (http://i50.tinypic.com/2nvqeya.png)

(http://i45.tinypic.com/157zy3l.png) | Report of duty Date Of Patrol: 09/28/2012. Length Of Patrol: ca. 2 Hours Names Of Officers Involved: Lionel Valdes [WS]Richie Suspects Punished by RP: 0 Suspects Punished by Jail: 1 Suspects Punished by Death: 3 Suspects Investigated: 1 Situations: - Weapons transport - C30's - 207's Summary of the patrol: Shift #1: I first started my patrol by flying a Jet. I scouted Bone County for a kidnapper called Mikal. He was driving a black car, and was last seen in Bone County. I passed Fort Carson, and gained visual. As soon as I flew over quiet low, he made a U-turn, and drove towards San Fierro. After passing the tunnel towards San Fierro, more airsupport came, and the suspect was being followed by multiple airunits now. As soon as he arrived in San Fierro, S.W.A.T. intercepted the kidnapper and secured the hostage. It was confirmed tango down. Though during my last fly-over, I received contact from the left, and rear. My engine was smoking and I had to make an emergency landing. I went to Las Venturas Airport without any problems. And I was able to lang the plane in no-time. Shift #2: I went to Fort Carson to assist in the transport of weapons. These weapons were the new ammunation for the Sheriffs departments. A few troopers came to assist us in this operation, and we started from Fort Carson. My task was to give the units the right spirit, and to supervise the operation. I gave field command to Operative Valdes of the OCU. In my time in this operation I also aided with blocking the road for any incomming traffic. All units that attended were patient and were able to follow orders. because of that, everything went perfect, and although there were a few little mis-communications, everything was smooth. Our first Sheriff's to visit was El Quebrados. After that we moved to Dillmore Sheriffs, and then to Whetstone SD. Short debrief, and then all units went back to work. Shift #3: I went on patrol in a regular LVPD cruiser, and started on the highways. I came across about two suspected vehicles and attempted to pull them over. None succeeded, and I had to pursuit. luckely, all were stopped and arrested. After a while a male on an NRG passed me, and I went in pursuit, and multiple officers came to assist me, including Desmond and Tom Adams. After passing the LV PnS, where the suspect repaired his car, mine blew up, and there was one NRG on the floor. So I took it and went back in the pursuit. After this suspect was escaping to Los Santos, AirLuizzi's car also broke down, and he got on my motorcycle. When we returned to Las Venturas, we passed a vehicle that was reported stolen, by me. I attempted to pull him over, but he fled. After receiving SAPD and ARPD backup, the suspect was detained. I returned to station to grab a new vehicle. I took a State buffalo, to distroy it. But suddenly, either Desmond Martel, or the officer standing next to him, started to open fire at me with an Mp5, and my car exploded.. Media: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z75EetCwUBk
