ARPD Officer Policy violators:
1. Lloyd_Koltsov - Me and a hand full of officers where starting a patrol when this officer rudely commented on our patrol saying Police Radio: No thanks. I said in response Police Radio: You do not have to come Lloyd if you do not want to, however please refrain from commenting on organised patrols. Then he said another rude comment that i forgot, but I remember it made one of my officers gt0114 md that he said that so gt told him to not talk over the radio. Then Lloyd responded in a ruder manner to gt and started to cuse at him over the /r. Then I said what is in the picture, told him to 10-3 over the radio then he said this.........(look at picture)
