I called Officer Michaels to LSPD along with two other officers who witnessed. I attempted to give George a small peptalk about the issue and give a verbal warning to him. He lied and refused to cooperate and collaborate the story of the two officers. During this time while I prepared his new uniform from Cluckin Bell, he was strongly defensive and slightly reaching the disrespectful level. His original copban was gonna be 2 hours, his telling me no and disregard to our instruction, it was elevated to 6 hours. The copban reason is constant ARPD infractions, as this is not the first time I've seen this officer break the regulations whilst on duty. After a long discussion in Teamspeak, which started off on the wrong foot. Officer Michaels confessed to his rule breaking, apologized, and explained what he did wrong. For this act, his copban was reduced to only 1 hour. |

Officer Micheals shot the suspect because "he heard shots". The suspect was unarmed and not displaying violence toward any Member of the Police Force at that time. The suspect then began to run around in circles to avoid being shot by Officer Michaels, at which time Officer Michaels continued shooting at him. Upon speaking to the officer the Officer George_Micheals said that he did not know where the shots were coming from, but he decided to open fire anyway. After he attempted to argue his way out of the complaint against him, he was copbanned by Division Chief Rosso. This arguement then continued for some time. After he was done arguing, he appoligized as stated by Division Chief Rosso and requested that i post a recommendation on his application, and try to make his application look better due to the copban he had received. Now, he did not get this and i do not find such behavior suitable of one who wishes to be a member of the San Andreas Police Department. |
So I honestly think, all this posts of people who witnessed are enough now (we have FBI and SAPD proof, that's fine) and we should work on improving him, instead of all confessing his mistake :cop:
