But anyway, just be patient and wait for the server to come back online. I am sure that the VCPD command will understand that you can't be active while the server is not working.

At this point in time, we feel that you may not yet be ready to join the Vice City Police Department.

As you are banned from the server, you are incapable of performing any duties required to maintain a presence in the VCPD.

You are welcome to re-apply once you have been unbanned if you find that you are better suited to be a VCPD Cadet in future. Take a look over the VCPD guidelines, and perhaps you could gain additional experience from fellow officers to help expand your knowledge and abilities as a police operative.
