Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentences): I decided, to be legit.I wanted to help the Community from the Criminals.And have a normal life.A Job,A car,A hotel room,Friends. I Wanted to get away of Criminal Life.I decided to retry for 3rd time join SAPD.As now it's my destiny become Clear.I wanna Offer peace in the Community,I wanna help people from Criminals,Give advices to new ARPD Officer, Make trainings to make other officers know how to team work and genneraly work as Officer.

Today patrol(Summary):Patrolled with KelvinC For 45 Mins.2 Suspects killed,2 Ticket,3-4 /Su s.Patrolled around SF,LS,Flint C.
After he logged of and i said 10-7 but i was on pursuit of a SU.Edison(3) I Hunted him all over SF And in sea.I pursuited him by Sea and got to blue berry, then he got out of the boat and running at the grass.I runned a little shooted him and he died.This chase was very funny :D . I really enjoyed it.

Today Evening Patrol:Today it was from my little Patrols i do with helmet and bikes and with a partner :D hehe.Anyway i liked it at it was from the rarely times i patrol on bike.The partner was Dimos. We got around LS And FC. Killed 1 suspect , arrested 1 suspect and 1 Traffic Stop. It was a funny patrol though because of many accidents and Adventure :D
Also did that evening a Training with Officer.Jonathan and Officer,Def Perry.I hope the form will be posted.

Today's Afternoon Patrol:Partner(s):Chris_Marino & Paul_Ruiz.It was so organised.Paul in the front passenger sit, Controlling /speed and /m1,Chris at the back using radio and updating the areas of suspect were pursuiting.Also they had them 2 DB Weapons(I was the driver).Anyway we were patrolling around LS,At the time we got a C30 Back Up Call from LV Highways,Old Venturas Strip,Jul.Thru.East,Harry Gold Parkway.We were pursuiting around that areas.Other officer were doing too,Chazy(something like this),Paul_Hernadez and 2-3 more i can't remember.It was full Armored-Armed 2 Guys in a sultan(i think) or another car i can't remember exactly.Anyway the driver got killed,But when he got killed the aider accidently found a state car very near tried to escape but other Units blowed his car when he tried to escape and move to LS.But he moved back to harry gold parkway then his car got blowed up.Runned away from the explosion and /gued .Then we got him at the Los Santos Police Department.He got jailed by me.But then Chris Marino got to teach a new Officer and Mr.Paul had to leave.Anyway it was from my best pursuits.

Small TIP: The most thing i ever liked to do was IG. I hate Activy Reports and Patrol Reports on forum that are long.So i right small Paragraphs how the Patrol Passed.This is describing from my opinion really the patrol and My self opinion.

Yesterday's Patrol:Yesterday's Patrol was about 30-45 Mins.I remember i were hunting all over Red Country 1 NRG Guy.Finnaly he got killed.1 Traffic Stopped, and also before 2 days i Participated in a 207 Breach.It was at Bone County, at a mountain. We circled it and breached.Hostage got killed & 6 Criminals, expect one that he surrendered, got killed.

The operation was very successful, all officers RP'ed well, followed Regulations and were Mature
Specific incidents:
1.)Durin the operation There was a C30 call for a group of Gvardias in SF, they were on the move a lot of the time, so it took a while to catch up, 10 or so minutes later My unit Flipped the Car the suspects were driving. Backup arrived and there was a Shoot out. ((I could not get any screen shots)). We all took cover and shot the 3 suspects, I myself Died but the other officers did not and survived
2.)In Part 2 of the operation ((Screen shots provided)), We chased a suspect who was on a sanchez, the suspect was heavily armed, he did a jump and got onto a roof near LSPD, he got of his bike and opened fire, My Unit took cover and waited for backup, when backup arrived a gun fight started, the suspects health was taken down lots so he got back on his bike and drove away, he was later taken down via LF and none of the officers died
Conclusion of operation:
The operation was full of action, You performed well and maturely and handled the radio well, Good work and good luck!

Under the directive of ARPD Commissioner, cadets (just like SAPD Officers) may not be in a group whose job conflicts and/or attempts to commence the same operations as the SAPD. Cadets will no longer be questioned about their group choice, this has been made clear and if found in a group that operates under the same domain as the SAPD, your application will be instantly denied.

Note:Officer Tom_Collin did a great job during Patrol. Others Officer did well too but need more cooperation more.
Description : Units Role play well during the traffic stops.We reported 10-8 from LSPD and we got a call that there were a C30 at idlewood. The suspects are armed and 3 units downed.After a gun shooting, all suspects finally were downed.We C4/C14 and return back to our normal patrol. After 1 hour, we ended our patrol at LSPD garage.

Detailed describtion of incidents:
1.) Melee Fight
During the first 10 minutes of the patrol, LVPD Echo and LVPD Charile were responding to a backup request from CBFasi about a suspect at the LV intersection. So, We responded, and when we got there, the suspect was standing there. Then another ARPD Officer by the name of Skerdi_Soprano pulled up and started to pepper spray the suspect while I was trying to talk to the suspect. Then the suspect started to punch officers. Eventually, he lost some of his health and then drove away in a towtruck down to blackfield intersection. This is where I lag Pitted the suspect and then the suspect got out of his towtruck and then book'd it, running away. Then a few officers pulled up and started to assault him with batons and pepper spray. The suspect was new and did not respond to anything I said and then eventually the officers hit my armour down halfway and then killed the suspect. The situation was then called Code 4/Code 14 by LVPD Echo, My squad.
2.) SF Bank Robbery
During the LVPD Organized Patrol, a call over the radio stating that there was a 211/207 at SF Bank. I then ordered the units to proceed to SF Bank and assist SFPD with the situation. During this time, I had a phone call and had to leave momentarily. When I came back and I went to the scene, I still saw no LVPD units there. This is where I was very disappointed in my units. I then asked them again to come and one or two units showed up out of 8. Then Captain Tom Adams CB alerted them to come and they finally showed up. We then parked our cars in a circle around the entrance of SF Bank. SAPD-LVPD Officer Megamidget was handling the negotiations since FBI wasn't online. During this time, 2 people came out, Kevin Buzz and Yiannis. Kevin then put his hands up and said, and I quote, "Oh Shit!". Then a few seconds later, he went back inside. Then Captain Tom Adams told LVPD to stack up, and we followed his orders and did so. Then a countdown occurred and we entered inside. Then Tm Suspect Yiannis, and then I suspected Kevin Buzz for Robbery. Once suspected, the Officers took down Yiannis using lethal force. Kevin Buzz then Gave up using /hail and then later /gu'd. The situation was Code 4/Code 14 and then the organized patrol ended with me leaving.
Conclusion of patrol:
This was the biggest Oraganized Patrol I have conducted. It included 12 officers, including myself. The Patrol Went along smoothly, but it had its issues (See notes section for details)
Notes:
1.) The ARPD Officers involved should receive more experience/training on Police Radio and CB radio usage. They should also receive training on non-lethal weapons.

Description of Operation
The point of this operation was to stop the ordering of heroin. At times when we flew over some heroin spots, we saw some people drive by there and then suddenly drive away, meaning they were going to order but then they saw us flying above them and left. Other times, we catch them in the act and attempt to get them away from the spot so we can get the evidence and then try to arrest them. This operation collected:
25 grams of heroin.

"LSPD-PC(1-2)" 3 Suspects killed,1 invegistated(admin dealt),1 arrested,1 pulled over.At the start i was with a guy i can't remember name,We participated in a big pursuit of Sarah_Walker.Finnaly she got killed.In this patrol 2 suspects killed,1 pulled over,1 fined,1 arrested.It was a hard day but we got over with that and saved again Argo Community. ;)

Today's Afternoon Patrol: Partners:Foreveralone :( :sheriff: .2 Suspects Arrested,2 suspects killed,2 pulled over,1 fined.I started from LV And then i ended pursuiting all over the map.Whetstone,Flint Country,LS,Red Country,LV,Tierra Robada and Bone County :| .Anyway it was hard as i was alone.But i tried to made it and i'm glad from the final results.

Best Patrol! I partrolled one Hour with Watson_Collin in the 30 minutes Alex_Smith joined us.Then Watson logged off and after 20 mins Joe. Have joined us.(1,20 hours have passed) After 20 minutes in a pursuit of Hugo_Gvardia Joe died and didn't interested to come back.So i kept with Alex_Smith for more 30 minutes.(Around 2 hours in total) Within all that time,All SF Heroin spots and BC-TR Spots checked.8 Suspects killed(There was TOO much situations that you can't imagine),1 pull over,1 arrest.It was a killing day As i saw.I'm not happy Suspects couldn't go with our plans and /gu .
I patrol 4 days and i'm not yet killed :D I'm happy for that.I have passed so many situations without getting killed :D

Today's patrol,Northen LV Bound.3 Suspects killed,i had a normal cruiser,We had a cop baiter that admins couldn't dealt so(the first time i thought he were just speeding,but in the second i understood he were cop baiting)the first time i chased him and killed him(he disagreed to /gu and started running) As i didn't respond he got to another officer,then i got nearly did /m1 2 times (With 10 secs lenght the /m1 from the another one) and he didn't pulled over...I /su ed.(this is the 2nd time) and i chased him and i killed him again) then i came to fill in this Apply.I'm going on GTA IV Now Argonath or Single player.(I will go back in SA:MP Again later to fill in another Report today too. ;) )

2 C30's, around 2 traffic stops and we fined 1 citizen.
Detailed report:
We started our patrol at the SFPD, I was SFPD-Eagle, Kostas_Evans and Tom_Collin were SFPD-HPU, Clemence_Lacy and Alex_Rich were SFPD-2 and PulseEffect and Sina were 2 bike units, who had to stink together. I splitted SF in 3 parts, North, Center and South. The Bike units took the South, SFPD-2 took the center and the HPU took the North. We had a excellent communication provded by radio and TeamSpeak, which was used by most of the people in this patrol. I was flying around in a Police Maverick. I left around 13:02 because I had to eat, there Kostas took over the command which went good. All in 1, it was a good OP (my first one since a while actually).

They all did good, some things need to be improved but they did a great job in my opinion.

Today's Patrol:Partners:Foreveralone :P .All around LS and LV.1 Suspects Arrested,3+++ Killed (There was a big C30 With like 13 suspects). It was a patrol within 45-55 minutes.

Morning Fresh Patrol! You won't believe it...2 hours patrol!All alone :( . Anyway there was little situation because,there are schools and such right now...So it was really little the situations.2 Arrested,3-4 Killed,1 pulled over,3-4 chased.The last 30 minutes i was bored and took a beagle and been an Air Unit then i took a SAPD Heli and were patrolling the air with Sushi,(different mavericks).That's all :D.

AAaaah....Novemember..Full of exams.I think i will be with some inactivy,Sorry.But i study for my future ;) .Today's Night Patrol:1 Pulled over,1 SU killed,1 Arrested,1 Invegistated.Ah it wasn't that long.20 mins.I'm in a bad mood because of studying.Again Sorry

Today's PatrolS.I did many small patrols today.(3).So,I TOTAL:Pulled over 2 Cillivians,0 Fined of them,3 Suspects killed,4 Suspects chased.Partners:Imagine all that in total took 45 minutes.The 5 minutes of them a New Freecop joined me and i learnt him somethings and we patrolled together for 5-10 mins.

I always weren't up for Patrols.I Think all i need to show it's IG.I think Posting Patrol reports is important,but it makes no sense,If you care on the field no Reports and that needed.Now i have the ability to show my Reports as i want,I do what i think is right.And i post just a small sammary instead of typical reports with uploading,I also don't want to waste time uploading,I don't have time with my exams so i do my best.

Yesterday's evening patrol:4 Suspects killed,1 jailed,1 Pulled over.I was alone.Many chases around LS...Finnaly the patrol time was about 35 minutes.

Ah i couldn't be in the PC with SA:MP And GTA:SA So i stucked in forums...But i had access for 30 mins so i did a patrol.So,as i said 30 minutes lenght and they were many situations around LS,Too many for that short time...4 Suspects killed,1 jail.I Saw yesterday Skyfall 007 and i had inspiration and i didn't performed any /su or Traffic Stops i were just pursuiting and playing it Master Shooting haha. :cool:
