How long have you played as a cop:  2 months+
Are you a United States of Argonath Citizen (do you have a passport)?: Yes, I do.
Do you have a driver's license (issued by driving school)?: Yes, I do.
Have you read all "SAPD Police Procedures" topics? Yes.
Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above): No.
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired? No.
Had an previous application that go rejected? (add link to old applications): No.
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentences): I would like to join the SAPD because I believe I should progress in my career as an ARPD officer and offer my skills to help the civilians being protected. Whilist I'm in the process of the application, I promise to have a dedication to my job and trying to be available as much as possible. I would like to join the SAPD because I want to be given as many education as possible so I will be prepared to every upcoming situation in the future.

Definitely recommended.Officer understands and uses SAPD codes while on radio and updates each status properly. In add-on to that great Drive-bying skills(4 shoots 2 tires) and great RP skills when needed.

Good luck and hoping to see your desk soon in SAPD(LSPD) right around mine.

Helping with application, like I was asked to:
1. To post a pictures you have to take them in game by F8 or use program like Fraps.
2. Go here: http://photobucket.com/ (http://photobucket.com/) and register there to easy upload the pictures
3. Use some report format, like for example this one(you can create own one basing on my example)
