Title: ARPD Report - [Rstar]Rusty

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Rusty_Culver - KaylinBlaze had been suspect for killing an officer. Name unknown, I do not remember. I had been trying to find Kay when I managed to crash my car in a river. I had been with no car until I found my friend, RastahBlaze's car. I took it. I saw a freecop and I had a plan to try and get rid of him so Kay could escape however it didnt go as planned. The plan: Lure Rusty_Culver to side of the highway near Angel Pine where Kay was swimming, convince him to shoot her(allowed because she was a suspect running from police that had killed another officer, if shot with Desert Eagle), and then roleplay turning my car on, and smashing the gas into his car to push it off the cliff. You can argue with me saying thats just as good as ramming or deathmatch, however I had many people tell me it was not rule breaking because I had roleplayed it with /me. When I repeatedly told him to shoot at Kay swimming away from the cliff, he told to quote " Shut the f**k up or I'll shoot you ". I drove away onto the highway, turned around, getting ready to attempt pushing him off the cliff with my friends car. I roleplayed it, however my friends Elgey was not powerful enough to push the man off the cliff. I turned around after my failed attempt and when I turned my camera around to see what he was doing he was shooting at me without suspecting me. He made my car blow up, and then when I jumped on his car, he sprayed me to death before I could attempt running. After that he had a bad attitude in public chat with me and others. He was not cop banned or even spoken to as far as I know when this happened which is why I am posting a report here. Granted I didnt have the best attitude in public chat because I disliked his actions, however I dont feel I had sank to his level.
I told Rusty I am posting this, he said he could care less about it.

Later when I died and I was sitting at my spawn, the Blaze HQ, Kay told me that Rusty had got a helicopter and told her "You aint getting anywhere asshole, get in the chopper". Me and her were in a Skype call at the time and I asked her for a screen shot of it. She took one of it and sent it to me.

He told me he killed me because I am "annoying".

If I do /me takes out a minigun from a** and shoots whole server is that DM or RP?

Moving to the next point, where you possesing any danger in your car to give the right to the officer to shoot fast as he has got no time to suspect and taking you down would save a fellow officer or a citizen, moreover did the officer try to ask you to surrender, suspect you after you got out of the exploding vehicle? You were both wrong here, ramming a cop randomly to help a friend is not allow as far as I know, it's just like shooting a cop to help someone (DM). Atleast I can see you're not part of same family / gang and you where not together orginally, so you should get punished in first place for DMing, however please get Officer Rusty to post here.

Let's make this clear. If he killed you solely on the basis of you being annoying, we will look into that. If you posed a threat to his life by trying to ram his vehicle, which he seemed to be standing near at the time, he had every right to fire upon you. Captain Adams will be awaiting statements from the officer who has been reported, as well as clarification from the reporter. Reporter, please inform them that they have been reported and not just tell them that this is going on the forums. If evidence of clarification and notification has not been posted within the next 48 hours, this report will be closed.

I have had many people tell me what I role-played was not allowed, I have had people tell me that what I did was role-play. That is all I am going to say regarding the minigun statement/against rules statement. I believe that if what I did was wrong, actions would have been made against me. I know very well that admins and moderators on Argonath do not hesitate to take actions towards players.

I am reporting him for killing me because I was quote "annoying", not bothering to suspect me when he had time to do so after he shot my car for it to explode, and calling a running suspect an ass hole. Granted, I was pushy asking him to shoot a running murder suspect, but come on - Is telling me to "Shut the f**k up or Ill shoot you" the correct thing to say in that moment? I believe that there is a certain amount of tolerance for people like me police need to have and he obviously does not have that tolerance to handle it properly. He could have simply nicely asked me to be quiet and move along, however he decided to pass me a threat, telling me to shut up.

I had asked in public chat if anyone knew a way to get into contact with Rusty, and no one had answered. I am not sure how I am to notify him unless I see his name on the game.

No, he did not ask me to surrender, I jumped when I got out of my car onto his, not attacking him and he got out and sprayed me to death without taking the time to suspect me first.

He may have had every right to shoot at me and blow my car, however when he blew my car up he had every right to quickly stop and suspect me, considering after he blew it up I was not even running away. I thought I took a snap shot of the cop spraying me to death however I did not, otherwise I would have added it as well.

You both acted wrongly, most we can do is punish officer, while your mistake is administrative and we don't care about, anyways we still need the officer to reported here...

I do not feel that what I did was against the rules. If it was wrong, any admin that was on would have taken the time to as much as talk to me about it at the very least. SeanC simply commented on it. No one did, therefor I do not see it as rule breaking. You either agree that it was role-playing or not. There are people on both sides(discussing if it is role-playing or not), saying it WAS role-playing as you can see by the logs. Because there are people on BOTH sides of it, I am not going to discuss whether or not it was role-play, nor am I going to discuss whether or not it was rule breaking.

His second picture shows how close I was to the edge, I was rammed a couple times by his vehicle he then drove up a bit I reversed got out and killed him.  Why would I let someone endanger my life, I could have suspected him yes though I reacted to quickly by firing upon him.  As for the reason to kill him because he was annoying ... yeah he was annoying but that's not the full reason.

Deal whichever punishment you feel appropriate, anything more you can contact me IG, I won't be checking here.

I was the cop that was involved in the incident, i was driving the chopper when kay was in the water, this cop behaved so angry and non consious.

He just tryed to kill her and he was shouting bad things.

Here is my side of the story, i had a calloout for diferent officers that they where in a chase of kay. I went with my buffalo to whetstone he was there and he told me that the suspect was on the water (as i was coming from sf) i saw a SFPD maverick on the entrance of the disneyland bridge so i told the officer "COME" we both got into the chopper and we went to kay's location.

However she was swiming trying to escape, while i was driving he was shouting thinks like "You will not escape" "bad girl" and stuff like that, in an unknown way he was angry, i don't know why but at the end Kay went to the land and she escaped.

However i wasn't there when the ChrisBlaze incident happened.

But i remember Chris was to angry because of that.

Your statement is not clear, did you kill him because you or your comrades life was in danger or did you find him annoying and so decided to get rid of him using your duty weapons?

Final Statment:

It is clear you've breaked the server's rules by ramming his vehicle, and as you pocessed danger to his life he had the right to open fire on you and eliminate you without a warning, however Officer Rusty should have kept professionalism on duty and shouldn't have used excessive languge towards you.


- Officer Rusty is cleared from opening fire without warning, as you pocessed a threat.
- Officer Rusty will get warned for failing to maintain professionalism and using excessive languge while on duty.
