Title: ARPD Report - Paris_Luciano
Post by: AirLiuzzi. on November 15, 2012, 16:41:52 pm
Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Paris_Luciano - Suspect stealing

I was jailing this suspect [V]Lucas after a long investigation with Officer Ghost. The suspect took purposely forever to get down to the cells, obviously to get Paris there, and once he get's within jail range Paris quickly jails him. He comes to LSPD and instantly runs down to the cells, steals the suspect, goes off duty and exits LSPD again (Admin log checks can confirm this if needed).

[10:29:00] One of you is too far away from jail
[10:29:01] [V]Lucas(6) has been jailed by Paris_Luciano(42) for 40 seconds
[10:29:02] Already in Jail.

[10:29:36] PM from [V]Lucas(6): LOL!
[10:29:40] PM from [V]Lucas(6): FKING LOL!
[10:29:42] PM from [V]Lucas(6): PAHAHA

*** Proof of informing Paris about this report ***

[13:56:43] PM to Paris_Luciano(5): Just to inform you - There is a report on you at the ARPD forums
[13:56:54] PM to Paris_Luciano(5): Can you confirm you received this message?
[13:58:46] PM from Paris_Luciano(5): yes

A log check will be requested by administration on this matter. It is not only a police matter but a server one.

Requesting statements from the following parties:

I have again informed them of the report and told them where they can find it. I have also told them that if they do not place their statement here soon, we will go on without their statement.

I see Paris_Luciano ingame every day, he's also been informed multiple times about this report yet refuses to post a statement. So far he has had 3 weeks to reply on this topic.
Also, Pancher his confirmation about my statement shows that he's guilty. I don't see a reason why this report should take so long...

I have again informed them of the report and told them where they can find it. I have also told them that if they do not place their statement here soon, we will go on without their statement.

It's almost been 2 weeks since that moment. I do not wish to drop charges against this ARPD Officer.

San Andreas Police Department
03/12/2012

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 16th of October, 2012, at 0241 HOURS a report was submitted by AirLiuzzi as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff members:
- Deputy Chief Kelvin 'Sushi' Gould

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- As I previously stated, this is not only a violation of ARPD procedure, but a breach of server rules as well. The reported officer, Jack Luciano has failed to respond here and is therefore disciplined without his statement; as he was given more than enough time to provide his side of the story.

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer Paris Luciano will be suspended from duty for 4 days and an investigation will be conducted by the administration team of ArgonathRPG SA:MP into those that were involved in this incident (Paris and Lucas).

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me via an ARPD Forum PM and I will reopen the case if your argument is valid enough. - DC Kelvin 'Sushi' Gould

Signed,
Deputy Chief Kelvin 'Sushi' Gould
