Title: Reporting ARPD officer Diego Fernando for multiple abusive actions.

ARPD Officer Policy violators:

Diego_Fernando - /su abuse ||| Shooting still standing suspects

I was going off duty inside LSPD, after I left the building Diego came driving towards me, shouting to move "my" car. I did not park any car, in fact, I was looking for one.
He suddenly started shooting me.

Chatlogs:

First, I failed with re-dutying
[12:51:20] You returned as an ARPD Officer.

This happened outside
[13:01:49] Diego_Fernando(6) shouts megaphone): DO NOT PARK HERE.
[13:01:54] Diego_Fernando(6) shouts megaphone): DEAN
[13:02:31] PM to Diego_Fernando(6): ain't mine
[13:02:43] You were suspected by officer Diego_Fernando(6) for do not comply.
[13:03:00] Dean_Collin(27) says: Its not my car
[13:04:37] PM to Diego_Fernando(6): You will be reported to ARPD command for abusing
[13:04:58] You surrendered, wait for a cop to cuff you. (cuffing will thaw you)
[13:06:35] You lost your weapons. Cop was fined $2500, you lost $1000 in coroner fees

That's what I mean by contact.. Inform him again and see if he replies to your message.

It's almost a month, have you contacted him yet? Please reply within 48 hours.
