Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators: Abusing his police rights to suspect people. JacquesB suspected me while i was away from keyboard near Pizza stack Idlewood. The reason he suspected me for was "Fat grove". If, JacquesB was a new player at Argonath, i would've let him go withouth reporting him here. But as he's actually from November 2010!! He should've known better!

1. Officer Name - Short description of the violation. As i already wrote down, JacquesB suspected me, while i was afk, for bein a Fat grove.. Well, i don't even think i have to explain this.

 a. I couldn't make pictures of it, cause i was suspected while bein away from keyboard.
 b. [ws]Caltson, he unsuspected me. Sergeant Def Perry knows about it aswell.

Date: Tuesday - 04-12-2012
Time: Around 21:30

Civillian(s) involved: Couldn't see it as i was afk dueing it.

Hello citizen,

I, A-R-P-D Officer AirJacques, want to apologize for that mistake.
It was obviously wrong, and was meant to be a joke. But you didn't appreciated it.
I tried to give you some money for compensation, but you didn't accepted.

I admit that I did something wrong there.
Anyway, there's no need to ask questions, or my side of the story. Since Marlon is telling the true.

Thus, I won't be replying anymore to this thread. And I'm looking forward for the incoming punishment.

Hello,

I witnessed the situation thus giving a reply here.

There was some joking going on between your grove friends and Jacques and noticed you were AFK. You were getting beaten up by people
because you were AFK anyway and suspected for fun by Jacques for being a fat grove. It was at no point meant to be insulting or anything.
Nobody thought you'd have taken it offensive and he tried to solve the problem ingame in a friendly way with you.

It's unfortunate that there's a report needed for such a minor incident while it was already solved ingame in my opinion. [WS]Caltson already
verbally warned Jacques for this matter ingame as well.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 5th of December, 2012, at 2201 HOURS a report was submitted by Marlon Bond as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff members:
- Sergeant Def Perry

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Mr Bond has been contacted in personal regarding this report, and decided that he doesn't mind the conclusion of the report anymore. That being said, he gave JacquesB a second chance.

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer JacquesB is now officially warned by the SAPD command. If such incidents occur again in future, it will have way more consequences.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me or to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
