Title: [ARPD Report] - Purple

ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Purple - So I was driving my Bullet at Idlewood, when Purple came with his Sultan and shouted at me that I should pull over. I did so. When he came up to my window I told him that he is not allowed to pull me over in a Cvilian vehicle. After that I drove off. He suspected me for "evad0r". I stopped immediatly and did /gu. When he came up to me I asked for investigation. When I got into his Sultan and we were driving a bit, I asked for an investigation a second time. He was passing LSPD so I asked where hes heading. He said "DPD". So I called 911, saying I need an Officer to investigate me to DPD. Then I saw him writing in /r "Scratch that, we're going to El Quebrados". So I called 911 again, saying that I need the officer to El Quebrados because my suspecting officer changed his destination. When we arrived at the El Quebrados PD, Purple exited the Sultan, jumped on a PD Bike and drove off. I said in /p "LOL the suspecting officer just left me alone at El Quebrados". Then an officer (I think it was Dean_Collin) said "Ill get you Sam.". Suddenly Purple came back. He cuffed me and I said again: Im requesting an investigation. He entered the PD and so did I. When I wanted to sit down at the Desk, he just jailed me for 180 seconds (Reminder: My crime is "evad0r".).

Post by: James Moretti on December 13, 2012, 18:57:05 pm: I, Dean Collin wish, as a witness, confirm mister Jonson his story. He was left alone by officer Purple. As soon as I, in the main chat, told mr. Johnson that I was going to pick him up, he was suddenly put behind bars without a propper investigation. Even though the crime, ''Evading'' written in Slang language, means that he evaded from a pullover, does not mean that the man is not able to state his reason.

Sorry I have been very busy during christmas days. I haven't seen Purple in-game since. However, expect a decision to be made soon.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 13th of December, 2012, at 1839HOURS a report was submitted by Sam Johnson as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff members:
- Sergeant Def Perry

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer Puple refused to give an investigation, or let someone else investigate his suspection. That's how he tried to evade his abuse of commands. Furthermore, Officer Purple changed identity to avoid this punishment.

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer Purple will be suspended from duty for 5 days for this violation.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me or to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
