Title: [ARPD Report]Auxers

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Auxers - On the 14th of December 2012, around 5:10 PM, Officer Auxers & his partner Charlie Corleone pulled me over due to me speeding, after having a talk with officer Charlie, I was let to go free without any charges, but officer Auxers told me to stop and dragged out a weed joint, smoked it in my car, and accused me of doing so, then, I was left behind laying on the ground, until Officer Phenoix found me and took me to LSPD.

[b][16:56:34] Auxers(52) says: Smells like you have been smoking in this car sir..

[16:56:40] Auxers(52) says: I have to arrest you.[/b]

[b][16:57:09] You were suspected by officer Auxers(52) for Smoked illegal substances in his car.[/b]

[16:57:11] Auxers(52) reads the miranda rights out:

[16:57:11] You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.

The report is being held by a court case, the officer is aware of this and he's currently posting on the case.

The court case will not progress until the report is handled here, so you may want to contact him and tell him that.

Am I the only one seeing that the evidence used is actually not taped RPLY, YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE TAPING START AFTER I DID ALL THE SMOKING STUFF.

I'm not sure how it works in court, but for a normal ARPD report, evidance is quite valid and it's clear that you smoked in his car there. It seems you have nothing else to say, am I correct? If both parties have nothing to add within the next 48 hours descission will be made.

I'd have my last words saying this form of "justice" sucks - Like this no one can RP anything without getting sued or copbanned.. It completely destroys the concept of RP court and reports.. Thank you for that.

Final Statment:

After taking a deep look in the evidance presented, it became clear to us officer Auxer broke several rules which are:

• Uneeded excessive verbal assult towards citizens.
  
• Smoking marijuana while on duty
  
  • Attempting to accuse citizen for false reasons.
    
    
    And therefore he'll receive the following punishment:
    
    
  • 24 hours of copban, only because it's christmas, you should be receiving alot more.
    
    
    He'll also be forced to apologize to Timon infront of officer Charlie Corleone.
