1. Officer Name - Frank Black - abusive suspection after death, slander. Suspected me after he died, insulted me during an ongoing investigation.

Thanks, finally an answer.

Since the Court case was open, I am trying to infrom Frank_Black, but it was not possible as a player with that name was no more online (tried in mornings, evenings, afternoons on Moscow time)

I have a court case on hold, and I still having interest in the case.

UPDATE. As it seems that the defendant completely left server, I'll ask admins to confirm that he did not created a new account, if not - case can be closed.

Due to the fact that I am banned for now, and reported officer has not been seen during a month, report can be closed
