Hey there,
Today, while I was driving around, I was suspect, there were two officers on me. I run into my mansion, and Officer Collin entered right behind me. I shooted on him, but some seconds after, I run to one of rooms in my mansion, and stored my weapons. One second after, while I was standing, Officer Collin killed me, without any warning. Some minutes after, when I tald him that I will report him, he said 'You cannot just shoot me, and /gu whenever you want.'. He is SAPD applicant.

According SAPD regulations

Both regulations are acceptable. And even if you stopped to shoot and hided your weapon, you were a threat to the officers.

[admin]No one but the reporter, valid witnesses, SAPD Command Staff (Lt+ or Sgt if given permission), subdivision leaders/supervisors, FBI Agents+ may post on reports[/admin]

I already informed him, when I posted this report, but He didn't say a thing about it. I tried to inform him again,
but, I couldn't inform him in-game, because he is a bit inactive. I will try to contact him over forum.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the December the 16th 2012, at 18:55 HOURS a report was submitted by Aleksander Gvardia as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Deputy Gould
- Lieutenant Perry
- Sergeant Aly

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- The defendant failed to respond to the report and provide his statment.
-- The suspect pocessed danger on the live of other officers and the defendant.
-- The message by the defendant indicates the suspect showed sign of surrendering or surrendered, yet he was shot for revenge.

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer Cow Collin has been issued a warning about his actions, and if any similar situation occured he'll be issued a bigger punishment.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
