Title: [ARPD Report] - CroW_Luciano

Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. CroW_Luciano - So I went into the casino, there was this suspect there, named Stivi Luciano.He surrendered to me and I cuffed him, dragged him into my PD car outside and headed for LVPD to jail.As we entered, the guy named CroW_Luciano came to LVPD too and quickly went on-duty.So as we proceeded to the jails, CroW quickly came there and jailed him quickly for 60 seconds.Then Stivi Luciano shouted something like ''Hahaha good, i knew you were going to jail me for 180''.That was true since he was wanted for murder.I'd like CroW to get punished for his actions.

Date: Wednesday - 19th December 2012.
Time: Around 21:40, the pictures have timestamps.

Civillian(s) involved: CroW_Luciano, he was the suspect.

I was going on duty when i saw suspect, thanks to Carlo, that you drove him there for me <3

I don't see what is wrong in douing my job?

I fairly jailed /gu-ed suspect as Carlo was not able to do.

You dont seem to get the point here, the suspect was mine.We entered the area in PD where I could /jail but you just Bunnyhopped there and quickly /jail'd him for 60 seconds, though he was wanted for murder.
I aint doing this because I needed the money, It's just that I want you get your fair punishment for doing this.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 19th of December, 2012, at 2054HOURS a report was submitted by [MA]Carlo as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff members:
- Sergeant Def Perry

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- CroW Luciano clearly went on duty to jail the suspect Officer Carlo caught, which is known as suspect-stealing. That is against the ARPD rules and therefore he will be punished for that.

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer CroW Luciano will be suspended from duty for 3 days for this violation.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me or to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
