Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer Miller786 - Unacceptable attitude for a LEO, insulting SAPD command, disturbing the peace, harassing civilians.
I was patrolling the streets of Los Santos when i saw a couple of truckes parked in a parking lot sleeping. The officer arrived with sirens and started shouting over his megaphone that "They are not allowed to stay there". Once asked to turn off his sirens because he is disturbing the peace he has rejected to do so. Once i have threatened to call Captain Tom_Adams or any other SAPD authority in that instance, he has publicily insulted SAPD Captain Adams. He also has abused FBI Division Assistant [WS]Paco later.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 3rd of January, 2013, at 18:24 HOURS a report was submitted by Max Adams as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Omar Aly

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer was warned that he'll got reported for his actions to command staff and direspected command.
-- When told about a report on him, officer refused to come and give his statment any instead replied aggresivly to reporter.

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer Miller is warned about his actions and if repeated a bigger punishment shall be given.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
