Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer Mark_Hansley - was stopped at a Mulloland Intersection during a DUI Roleplay event organized by fellow ARPD officers. Officer Hansley then hid his drugs that he was smoking while in his vehicle.

I was just joking. Even in any case, I immediately told you after i was joking. Maybe it wasn't the smartest thing to do but I haven't touched drugs EVER in Argo. Whats the point, just wasted money. You had the right to search my vehicle.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 2/01/2013, at 22:08 a report was submitted by Maskkane as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Mega

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.
- Dispite the Defendant claiming this is a joke it is not the way officers should conduct themselves whilst out in the field.
- Due to this joke you broke ARPD Officers regulation #3, Which States the following Exactly:

As a police officer, regardless of being a member of the SAPD, you are required to behave as a police officer. This means that things such as unwarranted hostile attitude towards random civilians, misuse of authority, breaking laws and anything that goes against the Argonath rules will result in punishment.



-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer Mark_Hansley will Receive a Official Warning. Should He Violate ARPD Regulation #3 again he will be suspended from duty as stated in a previous report. It should be noted that a suspension for 4 days was not carried out this time due to the fact that this duty violation was made before the events of the other report

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
