yea i did it few months ago but i am not interested anymore and bro there is a problem when ever i join the server i am disconnected i dont know why can u solve this problem it says Gangsta_killer is bannded under alais Gangsta_killer but u unbanded me :(

It was good working with you yesterday, Gangsta.
I just have a few suggestions to help you improve. These are based on my personal opinions:
- Chase situations: Remember, we are all working as a team. You don't need to try and be the one right at the front, especially if there's someone already close on the suspect and trying to help. Try to act collaboratively so that you don't get in the way of others or crash into others. Normally what we do is, we let the lead chase car be the one that is fastest, naturally while the rest of us offer support or try and block certain parts of the road, forming lockdowns and traffic blocks.
- It's not all about the money: Try not to get so hooked on the money side of things. Soon you will find that it's actually not that fun, just going after the money, as you will miss out on seeing a lot of the cooler stuff in the server, and actually playing because it's fun. Money's definitely something to seek and go after as it can also be a drive, but don't let it rule the way you play.
VCPD has its own pay roll system - our staff are paid staff. In-game rewards (for jailing/killing suspects) are still there, of course, and we always share with those that helped on the situation.
