Title: [ARPD Report] Lupe_Fiasco

ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer Name - Lupe Fiasco - Representants of SAPD, today between the hours of 11h-11h30 one of your distinct ARPD officers stole my personal NRG-500 without any warning or permission for mere leisure.
The incident happened after a wanted man broke inside the Blaze Corporation's main office, I was inside, handling my paper work when I saw an injured man stating that he was being chased by police. I immediatly proceeded to kick him out of the vicinity which resulted in his death after officers =AV=megamidget and the violator Lupe_Fiasco shot him down.
The incident was taken care of, justice was brought to the man, everything seemed normal again, until I see the officer whose badge name was "Lupe Fiasco" getting inside my motorcycle parked in the Blaze Corporation's private parking lot, taking advantage of the keys in the ignition and driving away after many shouts from my side trying to get my bike back.
I called 911 reporting the incident, but apparently after some time of waiting no action was taken, I'm sure that the PD had more cases in their hands so I decided to get proof myself and report the officer to the ARPD.
I proceeded to grab my camera, a fellow co-worker, got inside the company's car and chased the man via the GPS tracker installed in the motorcycle, the apparently "Grand Theft Auto" officer went through the Strip, Emerald Isle, Julius Thruway North, and then saw me driving in Julius Thruway West, he immediatly took a "U" turn and drove through the sandy dunes of Bone County towards the military base known as "Area 69", that was when I had a chance to turn my camera on and started taking pictures of this horrible criminal act. After what seemed to be a long chase the officer's reckless driving made him crash against a wall next to Whitewood Estates, my co-worker immediatly got inside the bike whilst I confronted the man. After I talked to him about reporting him he said, and I quote, "I'm scared shitless", proceeded to jump on top of the company's car and mentioned something about me wanting to "DM" him, later I was told that DM was a way to mention "Killer", in no any way I intended to kill this man.
Bottom line, stole another's property showing no regret and accused me and my co-worker of being psychotic killers.
A man like this should in NO way, be a law enforcer, but in fact, be behind a cell.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 27/01/2013, at 12:01 a report was submitted by TonySforza as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Mega

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.
- The Defendant Despite being Contacted refused to post his statement.
- It is clear to the Investigator that the defendant broke ARPD Officers regulation #3, Which States the following Exactly:

As a police officer, regardless of being a member of the SAPD, you are required to behave as a police officer. This means that things such as unwarranted hostile attitude towards random civilians, misuse of authority, breaking laws and anything that goes against the Argonath rules will result in punishment.

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer Lupe_Fiasco will Receive a 2 Day Suspension From Duty, and If his actions are Repeated his Punishment will be doubled.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
