Hello, my I'm Sergeant Aly I will be handling this report, according to Celso's report, they didn't use the incorrect ramp of mulholland but instead U-turned before going down, is that what you saw Louis?

Has i said there was one time where me and Officer Ben where going to LS and then we got a report that a suspect in a Train and we did a U turn where i remeber Louis being there.
Now there where a lot of situations on that day, but i dont recall one where we went the rong ramp up (i might have been AFK to check the forums or something).
So i dont want to say that it did not appen, i am just saying that i dont think Ben would do that if it wasnt an emergency situation.

Quote
Due to several casualties initiated by the law enforcement members of the state, we would like to enforce the usage of the Mulholland Intersection road to be for incoming traffic ONLY.
It doesn't matter if you have a siren or a whale stuck into your vehicle. Despite the priority of the incident, it is always required for you to use the right road.

Quote from Chief Hernandez a few days ago.

Also the officer failed to turn on the siren.

If you're unclear about your statment, please don't share it with public. As giving your statment as witness is a really sensitive matter, and lying could get you in trouble. Anyways can you get the defendant himself to post here?

To be honest I was not driving up the wrong lane I was only driving up on the grass.. The train situation does ring a bell however since this picture doesn't show if my siren is activated or not I would be unsure on what situation. However I am sure the large police patrols could verify about the train situation.

So as the picture shows yes I was near the road driving what would be the wrong lane of travel if I would be on the road. However I wasn't on the road I was driving up on the grass most likely responding to a situation as Celso has said.

Thank-you

So Ben, did you get up the wrong RAMP or up the grass near the wrong ramp, or did you just make a turn in the middle of the highway and went on incorrect lane?

Ben drove up the wrong ramp, just at the moment when I took the screenshot he had turned and headed onto the grass.

Louis I was driving on the grass. So I obviously was taking precautions to keep everyone safe. Your unable to prove otherwise. Omar the picture does show I was driving near the wrong lane of travel however I was not on the road so I never broke any rules since I never was on the actual ramp.

Besides we all have a job to do. If you require more reports like this I can park my car there and take picture of every cop that drives up. You would be flooded with saps and arpd reports if I do so. So obviously this is a one off thing. Besides where Louis was parking isn't safe for both lanes of travel. He should be on the grass either side of the road.

To the point why should I get investigated when saving lives obviously out weighed the risk otherwise I would not have done so.

Thaankyou.

Driving on the grass is still going up the incorrect way, verdict of this report will come out soon.

That is incorrect. On the grass is classed as offload. This case is incorrect for its meaning. Was not on the road. I shall be looking for further information on this case.

No, you was driving on the road, you then changed onto the grass. Yes, you are right, I have no evidence to prove that.

Your dishonesty appalls me.

I don't recall any of your information other then me driving on grass true.. Since you reported me and only me since I see multiple people do this act you are bias and you must have something against me which I find childish. For a person who puts other officers in trouble for doing their duty. I find you personally wrong and childish. I can see why there has been an increase of criminals since people like you take good cops off the road.

I did nothing wrong and the constitution states a police office can be exempt from the road rules if reporting code 3 which you can't prove if I was or not.

Louis can I ask why you wait a month before posting this report and why not talk to me first. Not try once then give up. Also could I ask where is your evidence since the evidence is not proper role play evidence since what you are reporting me for is a traffic violation which is a role play situation which would make your evidence fake since I don't see anything saying you activated or turned on a camera. Now that is stated in report to leader rules. Last time I checked a traffic violation is a role play situation.
