1. [Rstar]Pancher - Between 16:00pm and 18:00pm /time, on the 01st February 2013, SAPD Senior Officer [Rstar]Pancher was seen recklessly driving by heading up the wrong ramp at the Mulholland Intersection at speed, with his partner, Orel.

Hey Conk,
as you know in the past[2 days ago] it was allowed to use the wrong ramp if you're responding to dangerous situation or C3 after a suspect and the rules changed.
Pancher was inactive so he didn't know about this rule and after he did it I told him it wasn't allowed anymore.
PS: I seriously think hunting and camping in the mullholand intersection and report everyone who do it in the first time is what will make it stop.
You knew Pancher was inactive and you could simply PM him that it isn't allowed anymore..
