Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer Name - Gmail - Representants of SAPD, today between the hours of 17h00-17h30 one of your distinct ARPD officers approached me and my business colleague in one of the most aggressive and disrespectfull ways I've ever seen.
The incident happened after our car broke down due to an oil leak, we were at the road leading from Tierra Robado, more exactly El Quebrados, to Bayside.
We pulled the car over close to the tunnel when a lunatic rams our car to the wrong lane, before we even had time to pull the car out of harm's way we are approached by officers Gmail and Jenny_Adams, officer Gmail proceeds to shouting out loud in a disrespectful way, accusing us of driving on the wrong side of the road, instead of learning about the situation first. After we confronted him about being reported for disrespect he proceeds replying with "I don't care", threatened me of jailing me for filming the whole incident and even flipped off to the camera.
As civilians of this country, me and my colleague Frank Blaze, will not tolerate this lack of respect for the people they should be protecting and serving.
Later then, we heard a blipping noise under our car, at first we thought it could be a bomb, but after a better look at it, we found out that it was a GPS. The officer planted a GPS device under our car without any reason and/or permission, we are therefor, accusing this man of attempted stalking aswell.

Yeah that was fun mad officer RP after I met my old OLD friend Jenny Adams))
So after in that tunnel and medic almost killed us by ramming into us because being in the wrong lane we continiued our journey out of the tunnel, only to see 2 guys with their car stoped in the wrong direction, what comes to mind, hmm let me see, white sultan, mafia style clothes, yeah they are planing a suprise party so after being almost murdered I came to them in a dissresceptfull manner just to find out they have an actuall problem which I later on helped to fix , you didn't mention that did you, I helped to find the oil leak, I helped to figure out whats wrong with the car, so you are being mad at me for being almost murdered by a missbehaving medic? I am sorry, but I was alredy miffed , and later to find someone to be taking screenshots of me mad that could ruin my future career, great day I must say.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 5/02/2013, at 17:58 a report was submitted by TonySforza as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Mega

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.
- The Officer was very rude
- The Officer Displayed unneeded hostility towards the civilians
- The Officers Apology in his statement has been taken into account
- It was clear with the evidence shown ,that has been captured by a civilians camera, that the officer broke ARPD Officer Regulation #3 Which states the following exactly

As a police officer, regardless of being a member of the SAPD, you are required to behave as a police officer. This means that things such as unwarranted hostile attitude towards random civilians, misuse of authority, breaking laws and anything that goes against the Argonath rules will result in punishment.



-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer Gmail will Receive a 2 Hour Suspension from duty for the breach of the above mentioned regulation. Any Further breaches of this rule will result in further and harsher punishment.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
