ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer Name - Valentino
 he kill suspect with out use /s2 or /s3  or something  and suspect still with no move

[20:59:46] Paaske_Luigi(2) was suspected by officer Dimos_Travolta(6) for order heroin
[20:59:56] Dimos_Travolta(6) shouts: This is the LAW ... STOP and SURRENDER now!
[20:59:57] Dimos_Travolta(6) shouts: STOP or we will use FORCE!
[21:00:09] Dimos_Travolta(6) shouts: hand up!!
[21:00:25] Dimos_Travolta(6) shouts: hand up now!!
[21:00:28] Paaske_Luigi(2) says: what happen
[21:00:52] Dimos_Travolta(6) says: you are under arrest.
[21:01:06] Paaske_Luigi(2) says: why
[21:01:19] Dimos_Travolta(6) says: you order heroin that is illegal brow law rules.

Evidence you provided does not prove that the officer murdered the suspect in any way.

Well then get him to post his statment here along with any evidance he has and also inform the reported officer about this report
