Biography: John Aldaine is a 27 year old Italian-American born in Palermo to an American father and Italian mother. At the age of 8, he showed signs of dyslexia as he had trouble reading and writing correctly. 4 years of treatment and he was re-instated in a regular school. The years flew by as he passed with ease from class to class. At the age of 18, he left his school in Palermo and got a sports scholarship to the United States. He was great help in helping his university reach and win 3 state championships, and he was chosen as the "best-ever" according to the university students. After finishing college with a degree in Political Science. As he also wanted to play football, he tried out for a local club, and was accepted into it. Only 2 months later, he was injured, which put an end to his playing career. Two years in the hospital, and 6 more months of physical treatment, he was able to walk, run, and even jump normally. He showed a sudden interest in the police force after moving to San Andreas, and bought a house in Richman. He applied for the SAPD in 2010, and was in the class of cadets, but was later let go due to another injury brought to him by a group of people during an assault on the Police Department in Pershing Square. Almost 3 years later, he decided to apply again, to finish what he once started, hoping to be accepted into the SAPD once more...
Non-RP Details
IG name: Ragdoll.
Age IRL: 16
Playing in server since: August 14th, 2009.
Playing as cop in server since: Sporadically since I started playing. Been a cop for the past 3-4 days 24/7 though.
Any recent punishments related to your police job: No.
Are you able to use TS/Microphone[This question won't influence outcome of your application in anyway, its matter of information]: Not currently.
Why do you want join: Well. Almost 3 years ago, in Q2 of 2010, I applied for the SAPD and was accepted as a Cadet. I decided to leave later due to forced inactivity brought to me by a heavy load of exams and studies. I wasn't the best in studying, so every grade counted. Now I'm doing a hell of a lot better in school and am hoping to be back in the SAPD. I want to join again, because being an LEO is something I've been doing sporadically ever since I joined. It's just something I want to do, for a very long time, and I'm quite frankly good at it. I'm a keen learner, and I do my best to prove it.
Signed by,
Ragdoll.
Will try to keep my activity up as much as possible.
Also realised that police reports in the picture form are very unproductive, will be using text reports from now on.
Patrol/Activity Report:
Date: 14/02/2013
Situation: Man in danger.
Subject: Kenawa_Soprano
Officers involved: [WS]Omar_Aly, Ragdoll, and two more officers whose names I've forgotten.
Description: I found a wanted suspect to have given up near Doherty. He immediately surrendered and was then transported by me to SFPD. Before entering, he whispered to me, telling me that a group of people )who happened to be nearby at that time) were out to get him. I talked to the men and asked them to stay away from the man. They left at the time. I went inside, jailed him and waited for him outside. He came out, and I decided that, for his safety, he was to be transported by myself back to Los Santos. Surely enough, I was later chased by the group of men I had warned to stay away earlier. I got to LSPD and called for backup, in case things go bad. Officer Omar Aly was close to LSPD so he was there less than a minute later. We transported the citizen back to his house, and asked him to call us in case there was any threat to his life. We then returned to our basic operations.
P.S.: I've attached a few copies of a picture (http://i45.tinypic.com/2w69a2r.jpg) a bystander happened to take while we were near LSPD.

Operation Summary:
As I planned to organize a patrol in SF jurisdiction many officers showed up, so I called Lieutenant Perry and we decided to have a global patrol! With more than 21 officers joining we were able to cover up the whole map of SA and deal with all kind of situations we met.
As the patrol started, communication was a bit loose but it became tighter and tighter as time passed, and with the great help of Lieutenant Def, we were able to keep up with the units leaving and joining keep the whole patrol greatly organized for the whole time, in each jurisdiction we had a leader, myself for SF, Lieutenant Perry for LS, and Fred Wakefield for LV. Each jurisdiction leader kept his units organized and a great spirit of teamwork was shown which made the operation successful.
We responding to all backup calls we received and dealt with them successfully, through the whole patrol we took ten suspects into custody and detained eleven suspects, beside one major C30A situation in Blueberry ; which we also dealt with successfully, everything was quite and no suspect managed to escape during the whole patrol.
Incidents:
1.) The first incident of the patrol was a suspect evading on mordor’s bridge, with the help of LVPD units, the suspect was pushed into water, and unfortunately he stood on one of the bridges posts and opened fire on officers with a combat shotgun, but LVPD’s units managed to get a boat and take the suspect down.
2.) Afterwards we had a suspect evading in SF, SFPD units successfully got the suspect out of his car, but he started evading on foot, but he was taken down.
3.) LVPD units also managed to end several pursuits in LV successfully and all suspects were either detained or taken down.
Conclusion (Include possible improvements):
It was nice to see such big response from ARPD units for the patrol, and teamwork and communication in the patrol was outstanding, it was one of the best patrols I witnessed in my career and all units showed great behavior , followed orders and managed to communicate properly.
I would like to thank everyone for attending and hope to see you next time too, you did a great job and this will certainly not be forgotten.

OPERATION REPORT
(http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/images/arpdlogo.png)
Operation 'Wrong Ramp'
Mulholland Intersection, Los Santos
Intention of the operation
The intention of this operation was to make the citizens of the State of Argonath more aware of the dangers of using the wrong ramp when entering or exiting a highway. By doing so, we hope to decrease the amount of 'wrongrampers', which would most likely lead to a steep decline in traffic deaths on the roads of San Andreas. This operation was held at Mulholland Intersection. Our main target were civilians entering the Los Santos-Las Venturas highway on the wrong ramp; in particular those drivers heading from Temple to Las Venturas.
Procedure
We had a biker unit announcing any oncoming traffic from Temple, at the base of the ramp. He would report the traffic in, into our citizen broadband (CB) channel, to keep the regular police radio clear of operational chatter. An air unit was hovering above the intersection to keep eyes on the situation. On the highway itself, we had one police cruiser in the median strip to tell the 'wrongrampers' to pull over. There was one additional cruiser in the right roadside, along with two Buffalo's to assist in pulling drivers over.
Involved units | | Vehicle |
SAPD Applicant Thomas_C | | Police cruiser |
SAPD Applicant Veronmaksja | | Police bike |
SAPD Applicant Ragdoll. | | Buffalo |
SAPD Applicant Sandisk | | Buffalo |
SAPD Applicant Lincoln. | | Police Helicopter |
ARPD Officer Malik_Coleman | | Police cruiser |
Duration
The operation lasted for about 45 minutes. After that, several units engaged in diffirent pursuits and a few others went off duty to see their families [[went offline]].
Detailed report
The first vehicle we pulled over was a Blista Compact, with one occupant. ARPD Officer Veronmaksja took this car and the two Buffalo's parked up behind, to aid the officer and as a show of force. ARPD Officer Thomas_C returned to his position to the median strip. There were some issues with this driver. He was fined $250 for reckless driving (using the wrong ramp), but he refused to pay it at first and he claimed to be a law enforcement officer (LEO). However, this claim was found fake shortly after it was made. The officers attempted to arrest the man, which failed. He ran and was taken down after a swift pursuit. Sadly, lethal force had been used. It is unknown as to which officer fired the fatal shot.
Meanwhile, a second car had approached the highway using the wrong ramp. This vehicle was pulled over by ARPD Officer Thomas_C with the help of ARPD Officer Malik_Coleman. Also, ARPD Officer Ragdoll. assisted them and pointed ARPD Officer to his broken tail lights. The man was co-operative and paid his $200 ticket without making a scene. He has been given a warning for the broken tail lights.
A third car approached the highway using the wrong ramp, but refused to pull over. After pursuing the driver for a short while, he stopped his car at the LV Strip, where he got out and started shooting the present officers. He injured ARPD Officer Thomas_C almost fatally, but he made a quick recovery. Finally, ARPD Ragdoll. succeeded into sending the suspect on the run again. He was pursued but it is unsure if he was captured, killed or is still on the loose.
Footage
There were four pictures made during this operation.

Summary and results
One ticket issued by ARPD Officer Veronmaksja -- $250 -- not paid
One ticket issued by ARPD Officer Thomas_C -- $200 -- paid
One warning issued by ARPD Officer Thomas_C
We believe we have convinced at least two drivers of their dangerous way of entering the highway. Our hopes are they will not do it again and as such, we believe to have achieved our beforementioned goal.
I'd like to thank all officers involved for their professional behaviour towards both fellow officers and the citizens of the State of Argonath.
Signed,
Thomas 'Leroy' Crof
