Yes.
Biography[If you wish you can leave this blank and filll non-rp question "Why do you want to join?"]:
I am fully dedicated to law enforcement, able to handle difficult situations and cope with pressure of the function of SAPD officer, and after being an FBI agent for about three years, I'd like to return to my roots by serving the community on the front line. I have been an SAPD officer for the Dillimore Police Department back in 2009/2010, and I would like to be a part of a great team again that is willing to offer themselves for the safety of our citizens.

Playing as cop in server since:
I honestly can't remember anymore, served most of my time as a freecop, SAPD officer or FBI agent. I used to be in a criminal group back in 2007, which was the first version of what is now known as Stracci. Since then, I never participated in a (big) criminal organization again.

Why do you want join:
Since I resigned from the FBI, I began to miss working in a team. Like I already stated in Q6, I am fully dedicated to law enforcement, and i'd like to continue my 'career' by serving as an SAPD officer. When I look back at the past, I remember that the SAPD always had an interesting look on law enforcement. After being an FBI agent for many years, I want to see the other side of the ARPD again.

PATROL REPORT
SUBJECT: J. T. EVANS
DATED: FEBRUARY 13, 2013
NAME: [Rstar]Hidduh
DATE: 13/02/2013
LOCATION: Rodeo, Los Santos
ARPD ASSISTANCE: N/A
SUBJECT: Suspicious emergency call.
SITREP: I received a 911 call regarding a possible 207, I immediately responded and hurried myself to the location of the possible kidnap situation. I came across a yellow cab with a person on top of the vehicle. Due to the situation at that time being, backup was not required. I asked the driver (in this case, the possible kidnapper) to pull over, get out and place his hands behind his head. He complied without resistance, and I cuffed him with zip cuffs for my own personal safety. I guided him to the back of my cruiser, where I let him sit down to elaborate the situation. During this interrogation, the person who called 911 decided to run off on his moped.
Right after that, the driver (in this case, the possible kidnapper) said that he randomly jumped on his vehicle (a yellow cab), rambled something and called 911. Eventually, I came to the conclusion that the possible hostage has been misusing the 911 number. After immediately uncuffing the man and offering my sincere apologies to him for the trouble I caused him, I gave him a chance to give me a detailed description of the man.
CONCLUSION: False 911 call, the possible kidnapper was set free after interrogation.

San Andreas Police Department
Organized Patrol Report
Date: 25/02/2013.
Time: 15:20 - 16:40 CET.
Type of Operation: Organised SA juristriction patrol, with heroin patrol focus.
Operation Outcome: SUCCESSFUL
Operation Leader:
Senior Officer AnthraX
SAPD Participants:
Officer John Nolan
Officer Martin Capone
Other Participants
Officer [Rstar]Hidduh
Officer Thomas_C
Officer Jimbo
Officer Jonathan_Charles
Officer Ragdoll
Officer Mario
Officer Ryan Corler
Officer Ricardo Johnson
Operation Summary:
I announced at the time of 15:15 CET time to organize a SAPD patrol. There we alot of participants showing up, mostly ARPD officers at that time.
The officers got briefed and handed light weapons. We assigned us in four vehicles at the garage after the short briefing was over.
I assigned each units for each juristriction in San Andreas, with some priorities in the narcotics areas (heroin spots)
During the patrol of one and a half hour we got several calls with pursuits and suspects evading law enforcment.
With good communication and teamwork, we were able to take down most of the treath showing at the time of the patrol.
As the patrol was on going more units joined in and later we got more SAPD officers, able to assist and show examples to the ARPD ones.
The patrol ended after one and a half hour of intense work, with good effort from everyone.
Incidents:
(Will get updated with details as I get intel from operatives)
Conclusion (Include possible improvements):
The overall effort and the enjoyable atmosphere there was contributatated and the patrol was outstanding.
Amazing teamwork lead to succsess and the feeling of satisfaction of every operative participating, after what I saw.
Overall good work from every operative, they proffesional level was at its highest. There were some minor problems with a couple of officers but
by only explaining them one time they were able to listen and act, and that is very good.

PATROL REPORT
SUBJECT: J. T. EVANS
DATED: FEBRUARY 26, 2013
NAME: [Rstar]Hidduh
DATE: 26/02/2013
LOCATION: Commerce, Los Santos
ARPD ASSISTANCE: Mario.
SUBJECT: Hit and Run
SITREP: I was continuing my patrol around the Los Santos area, when a person in a yellow sportscar was driving awfully fast. He came from the right, and I was about to pull him over, until he slammed right into the right side of my police cruiser, causing me to crash. The vehicle exploded after a minute or so, gasoline was leaking through the exhaust which most likely caused the vehicle to explode. Right after that, the man in the yellow sportscar got suspected due to the nature of the collision. Seconds after the colission, I was trying to get out, but I fell down on my knees due to a injury on my right tibia. The man rushed back to the scene, and gladfully decided to help me out. He used to be a doctor in the state of San Andreas, so he quickly proceeded taking care of my leg.
After the man causing the collision patched me up, I decided to drop all charges against him due to his friendly attitude and quick response to rush back to the scene and trying to patch me up. I had to take a cab back downtown to get some rest. After a few hours and a few painkillers later, I was able to continue patrolling.
CONCLUSION: Positive hit and run with a mild injury, suspect was later released.
ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE: See below.

FBI Agent/Cadet who was an SAPD Officer for at least 1 month must:
Have five day trial period; if trial period passed then promoted back to SAPD officer.
FBI Agent/Cadet who was Seargent + in SAPD:
SAPD Officer rank returned
I'm posting the above just for reference.
Best of luck Hidduh, your skills in my opinion far exceed the majority of the SAPD Staff, and they surely have an ulterior motive if they were to not reinstate you.
Regards.

My reinstatement request was denied since I left before the lockdown in 2011, that's why it got declined, unfortunately.. Anyway, thank you for the kind words Julio!
-
Made me giggle like a little girl...or boy I suppose...they giggle too...
Yeah, anyway...
I don't even get what this lock-down was all about. If it was about SAPD efficiency, then I'd say it didn't work, as all it did was stop experienced officers from coming back into the force...
And as Julio aptly showed, the rules do clearly say you are eligible for reinstatement, so I think the correct term to use is:
"Shame on you, SAPD! If you want people to follow the constitution, show a good example and follow the rules you created."
Anyway, if you so wish, ignore everything above the line!
Good luck Hidduh, you'd be a good addition to the SAPD :)

Yeah well, I guess it's not up to me to decide that, hehe. Thanks!

Apologies for my inactivity last week, I'm being taken hostage by a horrible flu, so I really need to rest for now. I hope to be back by friday (8/3) or next week.
