‘orite bahht, I’m Llongyfarchiadau. I used to be a bit of a petrol head back in Pontypridd…
f**kin’ ‘ell, just passed my driving test. I honestly have no f**king idea how I managed that. I was shitting myself the whole time, makin' sure I didn't run into some old fart or some shit like that. But no, yeah. Proper blitzed through that test, stoked now. Few little faggots like to hang around the McDonalds in Ponty, might head down and check out some of their cars or something. I've only got a Corsa myself, pile of shit, some phat exhaust on the back, tinted windows. Got it secon' 'and for a couple-hundred quid, so it won't last long. Still, I've always been a fan of this street stuff, I used to watch them Fast and Furious films when I was younger, all the neon, the tits, the arses, f**k me. Right, anyway. Time to drive down, see what these kids are about.
Right, so I expected there to be at least one chick here. It's a f**king sausage fest, guys creamin' over each other's cars an' shit. Still, to be fair, the cars are pretty sick. One lad's got a Saxo, mega exhaust, nice windows and neon bars underneath. That's all well and good, then he opens up the hood and boom, some massive engine inside, it's a f**king beauty. Guy reckons it goes naught to sixty in six, I'd bet my left bollock that's bullshit. Anyway, people came over to the Corsa, weren't very fond of the inside of the hood. Then one lad comes over, dark-skinned fella'. Ain't often you see dark-skinned lads hangin' with white-skinned lads in Ponty, I thought it were a bit weird myself. He comes over, takes a glance at the car and tells me I've got potential. Sounded like some bullshit Matrix destiny shit. Anyway, guy offers me five-hundred quid for a new engine, and he wants it back within a week. I knew what he meant by gettin' it back. I'd never raced but you know what? This was my big break.
Four days since seein' Chwarligwgan, the guy who lent me the money; he’s my brother. Got the engine on the day after, spent the last couple of days reciting the circuit that Chwarligwgan told me to learn. Starts at the Maccy's, then goes down Fleetwood Road, round that roundabout, back on yourself and then past the finish line. Shitty little course, all about power and grip for the roundabout. Been making sure I can hug the roundabout, and pull off from the line quick. The Corsa ain't much but with that new engine it's a bit of a beast. The race is tonight anyway, not much longer to learn. In fact, I should probably head down now. Chwarligwgan 'll meet me there.
So here we go. All set. It's a dual, I didn't know that. Just thought it'd be one after the other, stopwatch kind of shit but nope, head to head. This is gonna be nasty if it goes wrong, but this prick won't get a chance to f**k anythin' up, I'll be miles in front of him. I guess it's now or never. Some paki's stood in between us, waving some hanky round, looks to me like his f**king turban or some shit. NO, pack the f**k in. Concentrate.
I f**king won! I beat that cunt, could've lapped him five times if it were a proper circuit! HA! That's the easiest five-hundred quid I've ever made! Shame the whole lot's gonna go to Chwarligwgan but f**k it, that's just the first of many wins for Llongyfarchiadau! I'm gonna keep this shit up, keep winning races and making a name for myself. I f**king love this, it's in my blood!
From Ponty’ to Santos
Just arrived in Santos. Been a while since I've used this thing. I've spoke into it every couple of months over the past few years but I guess now would be a good time to update myself on everything, set my mind at ease. Since winning that first race in Ponty, I've been racing my arse off, been like a partner to Chwarligwgan, practically touring the country. Actually made a name for myself, like I said I would. Thing is, in the films that's good, in reality it's not good at all. No one wants to race against you when you've got the reputation of being unbeatable. People ain't gonna lay down five grand just to lose it in a flash. 'Course some guys get cocky and think they've got it, but they soon fall like the rest.
That's why I've come over here, to San Andreas. Los Santos, to be specific. Could've been San Fierro or Las Venturas but Los Santos seems like the busier place out of the three. I heard there were a couple of racing syndicates in Santos as well. Did a quick search on the web, found out some info about Gulucan and Gvardia. They both seem like jokes, personally. Maybe it's just them using trickery but they both seem into the cop-f**king legal rallies and shit, that ain't what it's about, not back at home anyway. So far, I've managed to pick myself up a job at the local taxi company at Unity Station. I'm good with cars and when I noticed on their website they had a Sultan just like me, well that was the done deal. Oh, yeah. No more Corsa. I've managed to raise quite a bit of dollar over the course of these past years, managed to bag myself a couple of nice cars. My Sultan's from a competition, limited edition, got my name down the side, pretty nice stuff.
Anyway, I'm making my way slowly out the airport. These people take the piss, they're all proper fat f**ks over here. Everyone already knows I ain't from 'round here as well, giving me dirty looks and shit. f**k it, I'll pick up my car from the car park and I'll head down to the local hotspots. I need to get used to this place's streets, learn them off by heart. Then I'll start putting money down. I'll try make a reputation for myself at the taxi company. Sure, they wanna abide by the laws on the face of it, but if they've got a driver who can get from A to Z in two minutes when everyone else takes five, that's gonna look good on me AND them.
Right, so I'm done here anyway. Driving to my place now, managed to bag a couple of apartments off the internet, bargains. One's got a nice garage, so it should suit me fine. I'll put my head down, get some kip, and head off to work.
From boy racer, to officer.
You know what? f**k this. I’ve just seen a placement for the local police department, and you get guns and shit. – Brilliant.
I walked into the police department, and the pigs let me work immediately. Arrested a few crackheads from Jefferson and got a decent wad of cash for myself. I learned a lot from this guy I was working with today, made me look at the police differently..
What a fantastic biography good luck! I am heading to sleep currently and will review your application tomorrow

INCIDENT REPORT

Bomb threat
Market, Los Santos
Incident date:
6th of March, 2013
Incident time:
23:00 CET
Incident location:
Market, Los Santos
Officers involved:
SAPD Sergeant [WS]Mark
FBI Supervisory Special Agent [WS]Jacob
SAPD Officer Dario.Cipone
SAPD Officer [MA]Alejandro_Scott
SAPD Officer [Rstar]Rusty
SAPD Applicant Devin_Rogers
SAPD Applicant Llongyfarchiadau

ARPD Officer Francis_Casartelli
ARPD Officer Luke_Stevenson
Detailed description of the incident:
A code 10 was reported on the radio, at the Market AmmuNation. I didn't respond yet, as I was awaiting confirmation. Shortly after the first call, a second unit called it in. I responded with code 3, arriving in under one minute. I believe I was the third cruiser to arrive on scene, but all cruisers were parked up on the roadside. I quickly summoned my colleagues to form roadblocks, to ensure the safety of bystanders. As quickly as I mentioned roadblocks, they were set up perfectly and more units started to arrive. The roadblocks were attended, and no further actions were taken until the FBI arrived.
As it wasn't exactly sure who planted the bomb, or where exactly it was, we took our time to gather intel. As we were doing so, several unit resumed their patrol or went after suspects. This wasn't exactly a bad thing because the entire Market strip infront of the AmmuNation was, at that time, scattered with police cars and units walking around. The response to the initial code 10 was tremendous. An SFPD unit even responded all the way to Market.
Because there were no claims for the bomb, or bombs, by any criminal group or individual, we ensured to be very careful in our approach. This was shattered to bits when suddenly, two bystanders grabbed patches of C4 from under their shirts and ran towards the FBI truck; parked closest to the AmmuNation entrance. They threw the patches onto the road -- sending any nearby units running for their lives -- and ran off again. They were summoned to halt but to no avail. Shots were fired and both suspects stopped in their tracks. One of them, the one I was after, collapsed to the earth, bleeding heavily from his leg. Supervisory Special Agent Jones covered me while I approached the man. I jumped onto him, so he couldn't move, then cuffed and quickly searched him. I called an ambulance but there was no reponse. But even if an ambulance had been dispatched, the ambulance wouldn't have made it in time. A minute after my call on the radio, we lost the man's pulse and any attempts to perform CPR were in vain. The coroner later confirmed a major artery was hit and he bled to death. It is uncertain which unit fired the fatal shot. All units were cleared from charges of excessive use of force.
[[He had very little HP and was killed by a misclick]]
Since this suspect wasn't going anywhere anymore, we quickly moved to the other suspect, about 50 metres away. He had already been cuffed and was being put in the back of the cruiser just as we stepped near. This suspect was not injured at all, although -- obviously -- faking to be in a coma. At this point, the FBI returned to their HQ. Officer Cipone took the suspect to LSPD, but he refused to speak up. He was put in a cell, awaiting his trial. A judge sentenced him to 18 years in jail without parole.
[[Jailed for 180 seconds]]
The two patches of C4, however, were still lying in the Market streets. Luckily, ARPD officer Luke Stevenson was near. He had some experience with the EOD, and volunteered to deactivate the devices. He managed to do so safely and quickly. The devices were later control-detonated off the shore of Verona Beach, Los Santos.

As a reminder, after being told once to stop transmitting, that should be enough, period. It's my job to take it seriously, I'm not here to take misuse of police duties as a joke. Secondly, /R is used to communicate for police purposes only, not for complaining about how someone lag shot you on accident then continuing to act unprofessional over the radio, especially as an SAPD applicant. If you have any further questions, direct it towards my inbox. Warning will remain.
