Title: Olti_ilger Dirty cop heroin

Directed to: SAPD authority.
SAPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Olti_ilger - Was ordering heroin while on cop duty.
2. LSPD - Which department he/she works for (LSPD, SFPD, DPD)

 a. Here is a printscreen after he picked up the drugs and heading back into his chopper

Don't got more pics, as he bailed as soon as he got the score, and i was to slow on the printscreen button. sorry, i was just reporting it not rly my problem , just don't like dirty cops farming , and /SU ing criminals and stealing drugs just for their'own thing.

Please ensure that the officer has been informed of the report. Preliminary statement: The officer will be questioned as to why they were at this remote location and so readily prepared to leave once a civilian arrived. If the officers excuse is 'Surveying known ordering locations, they will be questioned as to why they did not go to the civilian flying overhead and question their reasons for coming to the area.'

Will proceed on the 4th of March, 2013 regardless of reported officer's statement.

Has the officer been informed of the report? (They have not been online since the 3rd of March)

Again though, this evidence may not be substantial enough to charge the officer with anything. At the very least, told not to hand around these spots unless operating in them legitimately.

The evidence provided here is not substanional enough for a full investigation. Therfore there is no way to prove what exactly the officer did there.

No actions taken.
