ARPD Officer Policy violators:Failure to provide a proper investigation.
1. Officer Name Randall Raines, Denis Pro.
- Short description of the violation.
I'm posting this report on behalf of Charzi Wakefield(T).
What my client told me that he got arrested for evade when he didn't do anything at all.
Me myself is a witness of that.
As my client was being processed, he asked for a investigation, he was given an improper investigation, nothing else.

As you can see there is another officer with me and if you check the logs you will see that i did not suspect him for Evading i just made the investigation.
I was there when he suspected him and i saw the whole thing.He rammed us with his Sultan and did not stop after me and my partner /s1/2'ed
there for its an valid crime and he has no excuse for being jailed.I did the investigation, as rules and regulations.
And i was a witness at the scene so i saw every part.

You know the /s1 and /2 commands don't got the same range as the /m1 and /m2 does, i were there during the incident and i were next to Charzi, and i did not see anything coming up in the chat, and if i'm not wrong, you gotta tell someone to stop 3 times before you can suspect them?.. At least someone told me that after i did /su after just telling someone to stop once.

Well.. Your were out of your car for some reason, as you were on foot, and Randall was still in his cruiser.
So you had no other options then using /s1 and /s2...

As you did not give him a proper investigation, you will not be released from this report.

You do clearly not remember the situation... I weren't the one being suspected, as i did mention above, i'm posting this on behalf of Charzi Wakefield.
I'm a WITNESS to the situation. I were standing on the sidewalk on the opposite side of the to Charzi, You guys were in the middle of the road, one of you were outside of your vehicle, apparently doing /s1 and /s2 to make him stop.

Something to remind everyone of. It is the reporters duty to provide valid evidence (screenshots of said event) and our/my responsibility to seek that evidence for you.

I was just there and saw what happened so i suspected him i did nothing more

Sorry for not making it clear enough... Both are reported for failure to provide a proper investigation as I don't remember who actually suspected client. Still, who ever told him to stop, was clearly not in megaphone range, as i we're talking to my client in question on Skype during the situation accuring, I told him to stop immediately when he was suspected, anyways, i provided proper evidence of them not giving a proper investigation, am i'm a witness of that he did not evade from anything.

I provide a valid investigation,i was witness and thats why i jail him for evade and flame he evade! POLICE /M1-/S1 him and he didnt stop but he was keep driving and when he passes the 60 metres away from as after mulltiple warnings Randall /SU him for EVADE,when the player realized that he got SU he stop after 50 metres this mean that the player was 110 metres away from as,when we warn him to /s2 he didnt /GU immidieltly but after 3 or 4 minutes by using spray and night stick to make him /gu when he realized that he couldnt evade he /gu we go him to the LSPD i give him a proper investigation both of sides said their story and becouse 2 officers was witness and said the SAME STORY and the player HADNT PROVES as a result i took the disision to JAIL HIM for EVADE

Ho nestly, you just failed big times.. You gave him no investigation or what so ever. The statement you just gave, is false. He were never in range to be asked to be pulled over, and when he told me and the rest of the family over Skype that he got suspected me and the family leader, SAPD officer Fred Wakefield, we litterly shouted at him to surrender, and I saw him surrender as he were infront of me.

He surunder becouse we was more than 5 cops front of him and aiming him HE COULDNT evade becouse of 2 reasons:
1-More than 5 cops was aiming him and if he try to evade all was going to OPEN FIRE
2-We shot his tires to make him UNABLE to EVADE
For this 2 reason he DIDNT EVADE
AND he was asked from 3 different officers to PULL OVER more than 5 times EACH which HE DIDNT
For all of this reasons his crime was VALID and he JAILED at LSPD for EVADE
And Flamer we both know that you attemt to EVADE but when you saw all the SAPD and ARPD front of you,YOU /GU and you start LIE that you got ABUSE and when the investigator asid that you are GUILTY you /report as on ARPD forum to make as regret our desision but we all know that YOUR story has a lot of LIES
Please tell the true and stop lieng becouse from this LIE me and Randall Raines can lose are BADGE BECOUSE YOUR LIES
AND YOU DONT have ENOUGH evidence that proves that YOU GOT ABUSE

Dennis, you do not read clearly.. As i said, i post this on BEHALF of Charzi Wakefield. And you guys were the only ones at scene, and you did not shoot his tires.. Also.. you didnt bring him to LSPD, just look at the screenshots, he's not in the LSPD interior. You sir, are clearly BULLSHITTING.

Randall was banned today for quite the period of time, therfore anymore punishments are not required.
Now this case lacks quite the serious evidence, basically we are relay on "he told me" and "I told him" and then "they told me" words.
Technically if you wish to really report someone, atleast provide a proper timeline of evidence, which will actually point out what happened.
Until such evidence are provied in my PM, this report is invalid.
No actions taken.
