ARPD Officer Rule Violation: Planting weed as ARPD Officer on duty?!

A police officer doesn't grow weed on duty, it is as simple as that.

Will proceed on the 4th of March, 2013 regardless of reported officer's statement.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 27th of February, 2013, at 1937 HOURS a report was submitted by Chips_Alvarez as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the following SAPD command staff members:
- Sergeant Omar Aly
- Deputy Chief Kelvin S. Gould

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- The officer was growing marijuana on duty and is attempting to justify it by saying it's for 'hospitals'

-- In conclusion, the officer will be suspended from duty for 3 days

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can notify me of this via an ARPD Forum PM and I will reopen the case if your argument is valid - DC Kelvin 'Sushi' Gould
